Dolphin Watch @ Duneside ****Special 2 Night Minimum September 1st thru May,21 2026 @ $199 per night, Pick your days (2 consecutive) 3:30pm Check in & 10am Check out applies*. There after "OUR" Normal in Season rates apply with 3 night Minimum with check in at 3:30 PM with check out by 10 AM. Condo 203 has a Master with full Bath and Ocean view, there are 2 Additional Bedrooms with a shared full Bath and a half bath in one of the Bedrooms. The Balcony is great for Dolphin watching. Walk down two flights and BEACH access is right there! The ocean waves and sand await. Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with incredible cottage- like vibe. Guests can watch TV, or relax in the in the Carolina room with a new fireplace or living room area. All bedrooms have TV's .Cook or serve drinks from the galley kitchen to guests at the counter or table (seats 6). We supply bed sheets , bath towels and BEACH towels. updated appliances including a washer and dryer for your own laundry needs. NO ELEVATOR or POOL. ( Get exercise and swim in the Atlantic Ocean.). We are located right next to Public Beach Access 10. So many activities in addition to the BEACH - see our in-condo welcome guide for further info.

Dolphin Watch is full of conveniences and amenities and is charming and cozy. Hosts were easily reachable for minor questions that we had. Would recommend, and would book again!

Host was great to work with throughout the process. Communicates very efficiently. Checked in on us at times during the stay to make sure we were ok and accommodated a last minute request. Location is perfect! Walk right out to the beach. Property includes several items to use on the beach: chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Close to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Family friendly fun time

We absolutely loved our time at Dolphin Watch in Garden City! The condo was sparkling clean, the views were gorgeous, and the whole area was so peaceful. The host was wonderful to work with and made everything easy from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the condo was fantastic! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. Family Getaway

This stay was perfect for us! I loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the water. According to my husband, the king-sized bed is easily the best mattress ever! We brought some of our own things (chairs, etc) for the beach, but it was awesome to have so many extras in the storage closet (chairs, body boards, umbrellas, toys, etc). I would definitely like to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Watch! The unit was very clean, spacious and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect! We were steps from the beach. It was a nice short walk to the Garden City Pier and our new favorite homemade ice cream shop, Drippy's! Dolphin Watch is accurately named! Every morning around 7-730am while having coffee on the porch, we caught glimpses of dolphins heading towards the pier. Connie was very helpful and quick to respond anytime I had questions. We definitely hope to make many return trips to Dolphin Watch!!

Cozy cottage

This is the second year that we have stayed at Dolphin Watch and we love it. It has a cozy cottage feel to it and The view from the balcony is stunning. It is very clean and it had everything there that we needed. The owners are very easy to communicate with. We definitely plan to return in the future.

Nice beach property

I had a bit of confusion on the address but the host, Constance, was very quick to respond and help us find the property.Quiet building in January (I am sure it is lively in high tourist season). Clean and easy to access.

Perfect Fall getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Exactly as advertised. Right on the beach with easy access. It was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the necessities for the nights we stayed in and cooked our meals. The check process was simple and fast. Perfect location. Would definitely book this property again.
