Located on Holiday Isle, just steps from the sugar white sand beach.
This unit offers a beautifully updated and super clean vacation suite offering million dollar views of Destin's East Pass with gorgeous sunsets.
This unit located on the second floor is a totally Renovated and Updated 1 Bedroom/1 full bath that sleeps four comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, comfortable mattress with plush decor. The queen size sofa sleeper has a brand new 6 inch foam top commercial mattress with a trampoline style support, so no bars sticking in your back while you sleep on this one.

The renovated kitchen offers updated appliances and everything else you could want or need to be able to prepare any meal or cocktail. The balcony, with views of the East Pass and the bay offer romantic sunsets followed by the glittering lights of Marler bridge and the Harbor Walk area at night.
Fireworks every Thursday night and Holidays from Memorial day to Labor day, and the best part is you get to enjoy them right from your balcony.
You also have access to enjoy the most gorgeous sugar white sand beach that is literally steps away.
Our amenities such as the BBQ pavilion, beach, pool, spa tub, tennis courts, pickleball, and shuffleboard are available to you to enjoy anytime. You can also take a relaxing break under our amazing beachside pavilion with new BBQ grills and plenty of tables for your dining enjoyment all while looking at the Gulf and beautiful beach.

Another great amenity is the free beach service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day of your stay.

Nice property

So clean - when staying there construction outside our balcony - the owner can’t control that - did enjoy fireworks on Mon and Thursday- bed is very soft - I loved most of it - security and maintenance very respectful

We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was by far our favorite condo we have ever stayed in while in Destin. Everything is updated, the condo is just perfect for a couple or small family. My husband and I loved it.

As good as advertised

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is tucked away in a nice location with great views and nice beach. We cooked a couple of times with the shared gazebo/grills. Better get there early for dinner cause the spots fill up fast.

Stayed In June 2024

The property itself was okay. We had a few issues, but the owners son was great at responding and getting things handled. My major gripe is the construction happening right outside the balcony. Its very loud and they can see into the unit. I didnt see any mention of this when booking. The pool and beach are both crowded and if you dont go to the beach early, you may not have chairs and an umberella. I didnt like someone coming in our condo while we werent there to fix appliance issues or bring in a missing remote and it seemed like it was only around dinner time which is frustrating. Jetty East is pretty dated with extremly small and slow elevators. Locate the steps or you will be waiting a long time. Parking is covered but fills up fast, so you may have to park in an uncovered area. The condo is maybe 50% updated and 50% dated but it wasnt a big deal to us. On a positive note, it was great spot to watch the fireworks, as the construction didnt hender that view.

Jetty best !

Loved the ground and amenities… our room was at a perfect location to walk straight to the boardwalk and onto the beach which included top notch chair service!! We also enjoyed the off site gym access which was an added perk we didn’t realize we could have!! I just wish we would have had kitchen trash bags left so we didn’t have to use the tiny bathroom ones and replace daily!!

Hidden Gem

The property was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean, it had all the amenities of a hotel with the privacy of your own home. The view was gorgeous, the other owners were so friendly and welcoming, being right on the beach was amazing. and the space was perfect for my husband and I. We look forward to staying again. Destin did not disappoint and this condo was the cherry on top, it met all of our needs and i could not have selected a better place. Our host was accommodating and very easy to contact. Great location in Destin

The condo was well maintained and included everything we needed. Covered parking near elevator was a plus. Property right on the beach and close to everything without being busy.

Very nice Condo

We really enjoyed our visit in Destin. Checking in was super easy and quick. The unit looked exactly like the pics online. It was clean, cozy and perfectly located. Stocked with the items needed to make your stay. The beach chair and umbrella was an added extra perk. I will definitely select this unit again.

Had great communication with the owner. Unit is well equipped if you choose to cook your meals and dine in. Beach service included with the unit was a huge plus for us. Recommend getting to the beach early morning is you want front row seating. Location is nice, just over a mile off of route 98. Nice view of fireworks when the are shot off from Harborwalk Village (I think that's where the were shot off from). If you are going during peak season dine early or late otherwise expect a 90 minute wait to be seated. That is if you can find a place to park. Only downside for our stay was the elevator nearest to the unit was not working the whole time we were there. Of course that is no fault of the owner.

Birthday getaway

This property was fantastic! Exactly as it looked in the pics! Great location! The beach was amazing! We can’t wait to book it again next year in June. Property owners were easily reached as we chose to extend our stay. So awesome! Clean and quiet too!

Second floor with elevator close by and good parking. Carts available for unpacking. Very small spaces for traffic flow in rooms. Appreciated quick contact via texts with owner.

Great stay! Nice room.

We stayed in 204A. Nice 1 bedroom. We were there in the later stages of remodeling. The crown molding was laying in the floor still. And there was a hole in the hallway wall from water damage still not fixed. Otherwise it was a nice room. View was beautiful. Close to elevator which was nice. We love the Jetty!

Pickleball and pool

It was exactly as pictured. Definitely a one at a time person kitchen. Called about TV in bedroom which did not work after we lost Pierre fir a couple of seconds. We did call but they just asked if all the plugs were attached. Washer and dryer were nice to have. We had unexpected warmer weather which we loved. Enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts AND the white Sandy beach! Would love to come back to Destin next winter but for longer

Lovely and cozy

Thanks for the effortless check in pocess. Everything was detailed precisely in the email. I didn't think there would be fireworks since it was the end of the season, but there were. I had a relaxing time at the beach and all amenities were close by. Hopefully I can get to stay again next year around the same time.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is located in Holiday Isle and is in such a beautiful area! It is so close to everything. We did not have to fill up for gas the entire time we were there. The condo is decorated so cute and was a good size for our toddler, my fiancé and I. It has any cooking accessory and appliance you would need and was stocked very well with toilet paper, paper towels and towels. The bed was very comfortable and I think I slept better in that room than I do my own bed at home! It was so nice to wake up each morning and see the beautiful views on the balcony. Being located on the second floor was convenient as when the elevator had a line for it and we had to use the stairs, it wasn’t a hard climb. It was also a perfect distance from the beach. And the beach service with chairs was so nice! It’s just vital to get their pretty early because people reserve chairs and they fill up pretty quickly. This was an amazing getaway for our first trip as a family and we cannot wait to come back!!! Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our trip!
