Hart's Cottage is a remodeled direct bay front cottage in Lillian Alabama. Get ready to relax in this updated two bedroom one bath cottage. You can enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the bay on your own bay front beach. Come get away from the crowded areas! This cottage sleeps six. You will find a large and inviting master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the washer and dryer are in this room. The living room features a pull out sofa.

Hart's Cottage is located two miles from the Lillian Boat launch and Park. The park site includes a fishing pier and boardwalk, restroom facilities as well as areas for picnicking and enjoying the scenery.

You can bring a boat or jet skis and anchor it in the bay in front of the cottage. You can also park your trailer at the cottage. The property is also a great place to kayak, canoe, or enjoy other water sports. You can also enjoy fishing from the beach at the cottage, or go to the nearby fishing pier at Lillian Boat Launch Park.

You can use this address to determine the distance from the beaches you may want to visit. To the south Perdido Key is 11 miles away, to the south west Orange Beach is 21 miles away, and to the east Pensacola beach is 24 miles away from the cottage.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Spring break getaway

Was exactly as advertised. Absolutely loved our own private beach. We even saw a bald eagle. Beautiful location and beautiful cottage.

So relaxing

The house was exactly as described. it was in an excellant location for us, in between all the items we wanted to see. The house sits right on the Perdido Bay, so relaxing listening to the waves when it was windy.We are actually thinking about going back to area, just becase of Hart's Cottage. It was so relaxing.

Cozy and quiet retreat

Lots of osprey, a few bald eagles, herons, pelicans spotted from the little beach. Home is comfortable and has pretty much anything needed. Close enough to Pensacola to take advantage of those sights and sounds as well.

Very peaceful area

The house was very clean and comfortable, fishing right off bank. Only negative i thought there was a boat dock!The house was well equipped the appliances were nice,kitchen well stocked.only one bathroon which worked ok for 2.

Quiet waterfront cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage over a long weekend overall. Did not have a hair dryer or extra roll of tp and only one dishwasher tablet.

Sept. on Perdido Bay

Great setting and location! Quiet neighborhood. Met some of the nice neighbors. We loved the view across Perdido Bay with beautiful trees, beach, docks, distant bridge, and Florida coast. The cottage interior is renovated and very nice. We had everything we needed. Beds were awesome. AC worked great. Hidden gem. We'll be back!

Little Slice of Heaven

This property is pretty awesome and perfect for a getaway for a small family. The house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The view out the back is fantastic, and the small little beach made it perfect to enjoy the bay without dealing with crowds. The neighbors are very friendly and pleasant as well. It is down the road from the Naval base, so it is perfect for families visiting loved ones stationed there. The only minor, very tiny issue with the house is the bathtub doesn't drain properly (it's slow), so water fills up quickly when taking a shower; it's also a little slippery. Other than that, it was AMAZING! We plan to visit again and stay for longer!

Harts Cottage

Basically, this was a lovely place to stay for a week. The criticism I would make is that the rental lacked the caring and hospitable touches found in most such places, and appeared to be managed by folk interested only in collecting their 10 percent. No vacuum cleaner was provided. Fire ant nests on the back steps had not been eliminated, in spite of mention in reviews. The yard, front and back, was slovenly. The cooking pots and pans lacked lids that fit, and so on. But to be fair, the place was clean inside, and I would probably recommend.

Disappointed in leak from roof onto bed and AC not working

This is a nice house in a great location. On arrival, we noticed a leak from the ceiling that created a "puddle" on the bed. The bed was not usable that night but no partial refund was given for that inconvenience. The leak was addressed the next day immediately upon request but was, apparently, caused by the AC which then stopped working the final night and still no partial refund for the inconvenience in spite of numerous requests.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the bay right in the backyard and how close Perdido Key is. The neighbors are super nice too!

Great place in the water

The place was exactly as advertised. Easy to get into and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out by the water each day and it was close to our family we were visiting. Will definitely come back!

Everything about this property was awesome and wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again if the opportunity arises. The only complaint/issue that we have was the lack of cleaning. We arrived around 3:00 in the morning after driving 10 hours. I was not expecting to have to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes when we arrived. That really doesn't start your vacation out the way you want it to start it ☹️

This cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Very quaint and beautifully redone. It had everything we needed, including a very relaxing stay. This a great getaway and our Family will definitely be back!

Great little house.

This house was very cute. Small but perfect size for a small family. Clean and cozy on the inside. Perfect location for us. Beach area was nice. The outside could use a little clean up. People walking through the yard also startled me a few times at dark or dusk.

Relaxing!

This was such a relaxing and peaceful trip. The cottage was the perfect size for my family of four. The neighbors are closer than one might think, but it's no big deal. You can easily drive to the beach for restaurants but we also cooked. The kitchen is well stocked. They have a regular coffee maker and Keurig. There is a Dollar General close by if you forget anything. We also did our grocery shopping at the Winn Dixie in Pensacola. They have plenty of channels on the TV. There is no WiFi but we brought our hot spot. It was wonderful!
