This was the second time we stayed in the wonderful apartment and it won’t be the last. The location is fantastic. It is well equipped. It is actually larger than it looks in the photos. Communication with the owner is always easy. Can’t wait to return.

This apartment is very well-equipped and well-located for tourism. It has both old-world charm and modern chic. The bed is very comfortable. The elevator was much appreciated when we had luggage or groceries to bring up.Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had to ask about what to do with the keys for check-out, though. It also would have been nice to have had information provided about recycling (every city is different). We managed to figure it out (we hope), but a house "manual" would have been helpful.The area is very convenient, but it is also very busy and a bit noisy, especially on weekend nights. The metro was literally around the corner, and St. Chapelle, the Conciergerie, Notre Dame, and Luxembourg Gardens are close by. The RER train to/from CDG airport is also very close. (Look into the "hidden" elevator that goes straight to the RER B platform. Again, this would be great information to include in a house manual.)

Fantastic stay

Great apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Steps away from restaurants, shops, bakeries, metro, RER, and so much more. Beautifully decorated and actually seems larger in person than the photos imply (the opposite of most listings). Communication with Mailys was clear and quick. Check-in was easy and the instructions on the apartment systems were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Homey Feel, Great Location

We enjoyed our time in Paris and the Saint Michel area specifically immensely. The location of the apartment played a big part in that; being able to walk to the Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, and other great neighborhoods. The apartment felt more like an apartment than a some rentals, in all the right ways. Slight hiccup with the check in, but it was addressed quickly and didn’t negatively impact our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for recommendations of where to stay in Paris.

Great location

This apartment is close to everything. We loved it! Walk to Louvre, restaurants, metro, etc. the apartment has everything including washer/drier. The owner was very communicative and answered all our questions. There is a building super who was also very nice and helpful. While the St Michelle station is on the corner we took Ubers everywhere. One warning the apartment is between floors so when you get off the elevator you either walk up or down 14 steps. Would definitely stay there again.

Roomy, clean flat in the heart of Paris

This one-bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor of a building in the Saint-Michel neighborhood. It’s accessible by stairs or lift and has a kitchen, eating area, sitting area and bedroom with queen sized bed. Two windows (kitchen/eating area) look onto the building’s courtyard. One window (bedroom) looks out the back on the building onto Rue Suger. Multiple Metro stops are very close by, as is excellent dining and attractions (Saint Chapelle, Norte Dame, Shakespeare & Co.). The property is very comfortable, well-stocked (clothes washer and dishwasher), and clean. Property owner was highly responsive and courteous. Strongly recommend for quality and location.

Paris experience

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and nicely furnished. I had emailed for details about access/stairs/lift and answers did not adequately explain the number of stairs required since apartment is on a “half” floor. Checkin process was not satisfactory. No one to meet us, give us keys or explain the apt , etc. There were no written instructions either. We had texts and short phone conversations. Key was not where we initially were told it would be and how to use the elevator was not explained so we could understand until day 5 of our stay. Worst of all, was the ceiling leak in the tiny toilet room on Saturday. This made it very uncomfortable to use the only toilet in the apartment. Response from owner was that nothing could be done until Monday. We reached out to upstairs neighbor who was able to get some resolution for us. We still don’t understand why owners were not able to come to the Apt. We feel all this would have been easier with better communication and personal contact.

We loved our stay at the apartment! It had plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. And the location was amazing - we were in walking distance to so many attractions, cafes, shops, and the metro station. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who comes to Paris!

Posizione ottima. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario (noi abbiamo alloggiato in 2) ed è esattamente come nelle foto.Appartamento silenzioso, letto comodo. Stazione della metropolitana e RER molto vicina. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi (supermercato, panificio, ristoranti ecc.)Lo stabile ha una portinaia molto gentile e disponibile.È stato un ottimo soggiorno

LOVELY location!

Beautifully furnished, with everything anyone could need for a stay in Paris, Location is great- busy area with easy access to “stuff” in Paris, but apartment overlooks a courtyard which was quiet and welcoming. Mailys was easy to reach via email and responded instantly to any questions or concerns! Loved the place and would stay again - thank you, Mailys

Un superbe séjour dans un superbe appartement

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans ce superbe et confortable appartement qui répondait en tous points à la description que sa propriétaire en fait. Bien décoré, bien éclairé, bien équipé et bien situé à quelques pas de la Place St-Michel et sa voisine, Place St-André, il convient parfaitement pour les courts et les plus longs séjours, à tel point que nous avons l’intention de le relouer pour deux mois le printemps prochain. Idéal pour les déplacements à pied et en transport en commun. Propriétaire très disponible et concierge adorable. Nous recommandons fortement. On se sent vite chez soi dans cet appartement!

L’emplacement de l’appartement est l’idéal pour visiter Paris. A proximité du bus et du RER. Quartier pouvant nous faire apprécier la vie de Paris avec ses nombreux petits cafés et terrasses. Très bien situé pour les déplacements a pied.
