This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this multi-colored, comfortable, beach inspired vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes upgraded tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom each have a TV and DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Relaxing getaway

Great location, awesome views from the balcony. The kitchen has everything we needed. Living room was comfy. The rocker/recliner was the most comfortable piece of furniture ever. Highly recommend -- would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, great location and views

Very nice beachfront condo! Great for a couple for sure. Excellent ocean views, and included beach service was great since we flew. A few things we noticed, no hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits, only one towel bar in the bathroom, and no hangers in the closet, so we had to get creative to dry items. Also AC was very loud and the unit was located next to the bedroom, so it was startling when it turned on. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would stay again!

Beautiful view, condo was clean enough. The bed frame was unstable and loud when even turning over. The bathroom has a lot of rust stains on the shower liner and around the shower head. The WiFi did not work throughout the stay and a message was sent regarding this but no action was taken to get it fixed for us to be able to even access cable TV.Overall it was good and had a good pricing for when we went but fixes are needed.

Nice beachfront property and great view.

We enjoyed our stay over a busy holiday weekend. The condo was nice, clean and exactly as pictured; it is an older property, but has been kept up well. The beachfront balcony views were great, and we appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrella. For a busy weekend, there was not much noise except some music by a large group on the beach, but they cleared out fairly early. We never used the pool, but it looked nice and was never overcrowded. The only issues we found were the AC being loud when it started up each time, which is located right next to the bedroom, and there are no hooks or hangers to hang wet towels or swimsuits. Overall, nice property, great location and we would definitely stay again!

Loved the location! Sweet corner pad so a bit more privacy. Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Only down fall is the bed in the bedroom and sofa bed mattress. Both need to be replaced! Other than that not a bad place!

Florida's Best Kept Secret

This condo was absolutely incredible! They are renovating at the moment and the listing shows that they were estimated to be finished in May (it does mention the schedule could change) but I assumed that by the end of June it would all for sure be finished which isn't the case at all (they have a looooong way to go). Also, once I downloaded the app it stated the pool was closed due to construction (which was one of the main reasons we booked) and when I tried to call to see if this was true (since it wasn't mentioned at all on the listing) the Resort Quest folks kept giving me the number I was already calling to try to find out. Fortunately, the pool was in operation and we experienced an amazing stay. No crowds on the beaches or elevators and having access to an umbrella and chairs was a HUGE perk! We would love to stay again one day!

The decor of the condo was very nice. But the provisions could use some attention. The kitchen has only the bare necessities. We had to call to get a coffee pot. The nonstick pans were way past their use with lots of scratches. We did not use them. The bed needs upgraded as the mattress was not great. The Laundromat would not take credit cards even when maintenance rebooted it. So we had to get quarters from the office. You could only get 10 increments when the machine took 5. I just had to take a bunch of quarters home with me. We had to call to get a blow dryer. They provided everything we requested but it was just not a get there and relax vacation. But the view from the balcony and the time on the beach more than makes up for it

Great location staff and room

Loved location, beach access and chairs, nice calm tranquil decor, comfortable chair by the window, fully stocked kitchen equipment, responsive staff when we had a water leak and we needed an extra blanket. We are rating a 4 because the mattress is quite worn and the sofa is really worn or low quality as so it is not a viable sleeping option either. The king mattress needs upgrade.

Bring a blanket. There are no extra…no, wait. There are NO blankets. Very strong chemical smell that lasted for two days. AC unit is incredibly loud. No smart TV either.

Perfect location!

Overall we had a wonderful time! The location is perfect and Island Echos is a nice complex, right on the beach! The mattress, however, was horrible! It squeaks and creaks and feels like you are sleeping on a fold out sofa. My partner ended up sleeping on the sofa because the bed was so bad! The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly-they sent a repair guy to work on it but it still didn’t drain properly. Other than that, the condo was great! But for that much money, not to be able to get a good night’s sleep is disappointing.

Beautiful View

The view is amazing from this 6th floor unit. It’s also the last unit on the floor and a corner unit, so it provides a little more privacy. Unit is furnished well and has everything you would need in the kitchen. Furniture and decor is attractive and comfortable. Only complaint is the unit did not have any internet, which wasn’t a problem for me because I was there for the beach but my spouse needed it for a work conference. We made three calls before being told by the internet company that the unit didn’t have a subscription. We ended up using our phone as a hotspot. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Just meh.....

This unit had the potential to be cute as pie, but it feels "unloved". Visible water damage in the bathroom ceiling (with water actually dripping from the floor above), Cabinet shelving missing, not extremely well-appointed if you were cooking in every meal. But the unit was clean, great location, beautiful beach and Vacasa was very prompt in addressing every problem for us. Would stay at this property again, but probably not this particular unit.
