You'll have two main suites with king and queen-size beds, making this home perfect for two couples or a small family. There is also a twin sleeper and plenty of room for air mattresses for additional sleeping options. Clean, sophisticated décor, large TVs in each room, a totally updated, well-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico are just some of the highlights of this fabulous home! When you're not playing around on the white-sand beaches, take advantage of the resort's shared pool and tennis court or watch your favorite DVD movies with lots of hot buttered microwave popcorn. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.

Island Echos is a family-friendly condo that is close to excellent restaurants, shopping, and activities such as the Gulfarium, the fishing pier, and a miniature golf course. There is also great ice-cream just a mile down the street at Okaloosa National Mini Golf & Ice Cream. You'll be only minutes away from Destin, celebrated as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Tom Thumb supermarket is a short two-minute walk away for all those essential refrigerator and pantry items. You'll find Reel Experience Charters just one mile east where you can take a boat out with experienced guides to catch today's limit in no time!

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
