Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.). The billing said one payment but that’s not what happened. They processed payment for the nights stay. Then a week before our arrival when we are traveling they sent emails that required us to access a separate link to process payment for security deposit. This was uncomfortable and caused frustration. Upon arrival we still did not have check in information in English, after multiple requests. We spent an hour in the heat trying to resolve. It was incredibly frustrating. The apartment was hot stuffy and dirty. The windows opened to a dirty small alley with construction noise. Do not recommend apartment in spring or summer.
