How to be more in the heart of Lyon than at the Pompadour? Located on Place Bellecour, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment will delight you with its decor and amenities, and will be perfect for a stay for three.

Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave...), a lounge area (TV, wifi, sofa bed for one person), a dining area with a table and 4 comfortable chairs and a nice desk if you want to work.

The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Finally, the large bathroom has a washer-dryer, a toilet, a towel dryer, a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.

This apartment benefits from exceptional light thanks to its high floor, and absolute calm as it overlooks a courtyard. Enough to enjoy the joys of the city center, without the noise pollution!

We no longer need to introduce the district of Place Bellecour, which is the nerve center of this city of Gaul, in the immediate vicinity of the metro, buses, restaurants and many shops in this lively district. You will be 2 steps from the tourist office, which can help you organize your stay with us.

If you come by car, the Bellecour public paying car park is located in the basement, under the square. If you come by train from Part Dieu station, you can come either on foot for the more adventurous in 30 minutes, otherwise in 10 minutes, whether by metro or bus, you will be there.

Bed linen, bath towels and some basic necessities (salt, pepper, tea, coffee) will be provided.

Perfect location to explore the city!

This property was a perfect base for a five day trip to the city. It was an easy walk to Vieux Lyon and the Bellecour metro made connections to anywhere in the city a breeze. The apartment was exactly as presented and the building was quiet and felt very secure.

And, the bathroom is clean, and the kitchen is in full working order.The apartment is close to the Metro, both rivers, the farmers market, and so many restaurants. Be aware of the 4th floor hike up the stairs every night, but that just makes you feel better about the amount of delicious cheese and baguette you consume.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Lyon

A fabulous place to base yourself to explore Lyon - perfectly between the Rhône and the Saône, and an easy walk to the metro, excellent dining options, and old Lyon. Apartment has all you need - my only minor complaint is the difficulty in connecting with the mangers, but once I did the communication was excellent and service fabulous. Call rather than message via the app.

LE POMPADOUR We really enjoyed our brief stay at Le Pompadour. The apartment is remarkably quiet and overlooks a courtyard, so it’s difficult to believe that you’re right in the heart of the city. The location is ideal for visiting many interesting places on foot. There are also numerous transport links, pretty much on the doorstep, as well as an abundance of restaurants. The apartment has been stylishly refurbished and is well equipped and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the bedding and towels are of very good quality. Communication was prompt and helpful, as was the check in. Thanks!

Each floor is 2 flights of steps (89) in total. Complete none starter for anyone with mobility issues. Even relatively fit people will be out of breath carrying luggage up 8 flights of steps! No mention of this in the booking info."

Sehr schönes Apartment in absoluter Toplage. Sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber. Völlig problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Nette Agentur. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vierter Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und hohe Decken - hält fit. Besser dürfte es in Lyon für 2 bis 4 Personen nicht gehen.

Schöne Wohnung mit allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftigem Treppenhaus, für Senioren weniger geeignet. Die Wohnung etwas zu teuer. Es fehlt eine Teekanne, Kaffeemaschine nur mit Plastikkapseln. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist fast verstopft, der Abfluss bedarf dringend der Reinigung. Sonst fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
