This wonderful condo has marvelous views of the Gulf of Mexico that will make your stay unforgettable! The living room opens up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. This condo can access the pool right outside the patio. There is also a grassy area between the patio and gate to the pool for children to play. This incredible retreat is decorated with beautiful drapery and artwork. The condominium's kitchen is well-appointed with up to date appliances and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table that will seat four people. The open living room houses a couch and loveseat, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and a video library. The main bedroom features a king bed, a private bath with a tub/shower combo, flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a bath with shower, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. For your convenience, there are beach chairs and umbrella stored in the unit and there is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs from March 1st - October 31st.
Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
