This beautiful Gulf-front condo is located on the fourth floor with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances. The living room has a sofabed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large patio, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectaculars view of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. This condo will quickly become your home away from home.

It was absolutely fantastic! The location was even better than expected and Marsha passed the pictures. The air conditioning was amazing all throughout the condo and so we stayed cool the whole time. Beach access was super easy and a prime location as there’s not a whole lot of traffic coming and going. Was our first time to Fort Walton Beach and we will definitely be going again!

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. Right on the beach and out on Okaloosa Island so there was zero traffic noise. We stayed here the end of April during the week. There were not a lot of other people so again, it was very peaceful. Staying right on the ocean was amazing. We kept the doors open when we were there so we could hear the ocean and that’s all we heard. It’s on the fourth floor so it is an elevator ride down but the walk to the beach was short. Each condo had two chairs on the beach-we loved this and used them everyday. The condo itself was clean and stocked with only a couple necessities. We did have to drive out to find places to eat for supper but we didn’t mind this.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious for us 6 ladies and we especially liked bathrooms for each bedroom. The complex was great for the beach and had a gorgeous view. Plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchen items too. I would say the only drawback was that the ice maker does not work so we had to purchase many bags of ice.

Great stay

We enjoyed the condo. It was a perfect size with each room having their own full bathroom. I love being away from the Destin traffic but being close to Destin for a quick visit. There was plenty of parking and the beach was not croweded. It was a great week and we will see you next summer.

Pretty nice!

We stayed here as a group of 5 adults and 2 children. The space worked well for us! We appreciated having 3 bathrooms and bedrooms. We also really loved the balcony view and ease of access to the beach. The condo could use some simple improvements. It’s odd to me they won’t just replace the ice maker? Even if it’s not listed as included it couldn’t cost that much to fix it and would be a nice amenity. Another thing to note is there was no wifi. None of us could even find the network listed. The furniture is a little crusty and dusty in my opinion but i’m sure things get worn down quickly. Also the faucets were really old and would be a cheap replacement. Overall we liked it but there are a few things I feel could be improved! Side note, a few days in we heard people yelling that they were stuck in the elevator and then it was down for a day or so. So use the elevators with caution!

Great Getaway

We found the condo just as it was advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The only problems we found were the ice maker was broken which we didn't need and one receptacle in the kitchen didn't work. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Nice place.

The place has amazing view, however the pool was not heated like it says on the website, we even called before we booked to make sure it's heated and they said it is. We get there and they say it's seasonal and refused to heat it even tho they were going to turn it on a couple days after we leave. This time of the yr it's to cold to swim unless it's heated and our kids love water, they were planning on spending most days in the pool,so that was a major disappointment.

It was nice!

Great location with a gorgeous view. The condo is beautiful overall and very spacious. Sure there’s a few things that could have been better but no place is perfect. One thing I did love is that the area is not crazy busy so the traffic wasn’t bad at all. We had a wonderful time!

Nice Location

This was a very nice condo and the location was great. Only negative part was the pullout couch was not comfortable for two adults to sleep on. They also need to add some hot pads for cooking.
