This colorful Gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach-themed decor with blue accents with carpet and tiles. The large open dining and living areas open onto the oversized balcony. The condo includes two DVD players, VCR, a CD stereo system, and a private washer/dryer. The hallway bathroom has a single sink, tub, and vanity. The kitchen has white cabinets, green countertops, and a bar area with stools. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals.

Beach service is available from March 1st through October 1st.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Great views!!

We had a great time staying here! The pool was really nice and big! The short walk to the beach was great, especially with kids. The view from the big balcony was amazing!!

Very nice beach condominium

The condominium had a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. It also had plenty of room for my husband and me! We loved having two full bathrooms, as well as a very well equipped kitchen. Ian, the beach attendant, was very courteous, hard working, and made sure that we were taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time

The condo was spacious and clean. We had a little problem locating the WiFi modem. It has to be reset to hook up to it. Customer service was great and we got it resolved. Beach was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Roomy, clean and convenient condo. Love the two full baths, beds were comfortable. Loved the flooring in the living room, paint color was pretty and beachy. A major amenity that I didn’t see mentioned was that we got an umbrella and two chairs as part of our stay. Pool and ocean view were lovely. We enjoyed it!

Absolutely perfect!!!

We absolutely LOVED this condo and our stay! The view is BREATHTAKING! We didn’t want to leave the balcony and rarely watched tv because of its beauty! This condo worked perfectly for our family and pet! The Islander building was so nice and perfect! The checkin /checkout process was so easy ! We definitely will be back!

Very clean and large balcony!

This condo was very clean. The balcony was large with a great beachfront view! The beds were comfortable and towels and linens were provided. The furniture and decor was very dated and the couches were not very comfortable. There was plenty of space and a nice large kitchen area. Just a short drive to the pier and many great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas at the Beach

This was a Christmas at the Beach for us. A getaway from the Tennessee cold weather & was a much needed stay. The stay was great. A little noise from work being done on other units, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. To be expected since it was winter months and other units getting updated.

Great view

We all fit really well in the two bedroom condo. The only thing I would change is a new bunk bed. It’s really wobbly and made from metal so ever time the person on the top wiggles it would shake the whole bed and squeak. King bed is really comfortable. Great seating in living room. Great bathroom space. And the balcony is why we rented it it. Can’t beat the view over looking the gulf.

Comfortable Beachside Condo

This condo was comfortable and clean. The bedrooms had plenty of room and storage, though the blinds didn't block all light. The living and dining areas provided a nice, comfortable family space. We appreciated the balcony overlooking the pool and beach, and used the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach daily. The TV had plenty of cable channels and two free movies were provided daily. We did have to purchase coffee filters, salt and pepper, and laundry soap, but having the in-unit washer dryer was a plus. It's also nice to have an on-site office. Overall, a wonderful beach rental.

Amazing balcony and views!

The balcony is huge and you are extremely close to the ocean. If you are not concerned with an updated condo … the location is fabulous. Please know you do not interact with the owners. This was a first for me and my experience was not great. That is not a reflection on the owners or the condo. The condo is a great size, especially for a family. The primary bathroom has double vanities and is a large bathroom.

Amazing stay!

This pictures undersell what a gem this place is. Spacious, clean & a spectacular view! The property management is great! Needs a new master bedroom fan as it’s loud and keeps you up at night. The Wi-Fi and cable are nonexistent, which isn’t bad while on vacation but if you have to work you have to connect to someone else’s internet. Accessible smoking on the balcony below makes for an unenjoyable morning coffee if you aren’t a smoker, some properties don’t allow balcony smoking-wish this was one! The dolphins come and play every morning and night-wow! What a dream! The chair attendant works so hard to make sure your beach day is the best-tip him well!!

Great condo

This was a great condo. Facilities were kept up nice. The only things we noticed that we would suggest are: no hairdryer in the unit, no inside lock (needs a chain or bolt lock for the inside), blinds in second bedroom were broken, blinds in master wouldnt go all the way to the bottom. Normally the blinds wouldn’t be a problem, however the windows in both bedrooms face the exterior walkway, so everyone walks by. We never saw the pool cleaned. None of these things really affected our stay negatively, but a few little things that needed attention could e made it perfect. They did offer to have maintenance come to fix blinds, but we didn’t want that until we checked out. They were very responsive to our suggestions. We really have no complaints.

Nice place. Definitely needs some updates and new carpet...or at least a professional carpet cleaner! Dishwasher is super loud and the faucet is kinda wonky. Otherwise it was comfy and suited our needs perfectly

The room was okay table was sticky the blue carpet was filthy and yhe fridge was dirty as well. The bed sink in. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Beside all it was okay 🙂

Nice place

We come to Okaloosa island at least once a year if not more. We love the area. The positives: Great location, wonderful view, loved the front 2 rooms being the dining and living room with big windows. Large balcony. Improvements needed: Master bedding (king) was just horrible. Work up with back ache each day. The other room wasn’t much better. Only 2 decent chairs on the balcony. It is such a nice big balcony and 4 chairs would have been great. There was a really small plastic set but it was flimsy and we were affaire to even try to use it. A high top table with chairs would be perfect! Also, the ice maker didn’t work at all (but they say they will fix). No potholders or hair dryer in unit but the office brought them after I asked. If the bedding gets updated, I would stay here again for sure as it was a nice place and location.

Last summer fling!

Great location. Especially for a family. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Gave it a 4 only because the king mattress is nearing the replacement time. Would stay here again.
