This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this tropical style, richly decorated, upgraded vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.The primary bath has a walk-in shower while the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The primary bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and a guest bedroom has a TV and a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Excellent stay

This oceanfront condo was perfect for a family of 4. It is in a great location, clean, spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and there is great communication from the Vacasa company. We loved the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that came with the condo. The gym is small but usable. I’d stay here again.

Very Nice and clean but no beach decor

Great view and the beds were very comfortable. The window in the master bedroom needs to be repaired before the next renters come in or they will feel like they are sleeping outside because it does not close.

Great condo!

The location is beautiful and the condo is well stocked and maintained. We loved the view and the easy beach access and pool. The decor and furniture is minimal, but it is in very good condition. There are no cleaning products, beach gear, or spices (not even salt & pepper) provided so make sure to bring your own. Would definitely book again!

The best vacation

This condo really made me feel like home ! Clean . Updated appliances. Ocean front view was amazing !! My husband lost his iPad at the beach and WOW the staff located the iPad and sent it to me!! What a blessing !! I recommend this property 10/10 can’t wait to book again !!

Overall a great stay would give 9/10

Pros: space and layout of condo, decor was nice, view was unbeatable, communication with Vacasa was excellent, easy check in and out without too much to do to get ready to go. Pod and drip coffee makers. Beds are comfortable. Cons: condo was clean but could use a deep cleaning (bottom of pantry had leftover popcorn, tile table could use a vacuuming, shower grout had mold under it and the edges needed wiped) lots of pots and pans but nothing else to cook like oil or even salt and pepper. Beds are noisy. Biggest con to us was if we wanted our beach chairs on the row where we could see the ocean I had to go out around 7:00 and claim them. It says 9-5 but they get set up earlier. Otherwise you got the ones in the back row where you had to look between other umbrellas to see the ocean. Our unit had a washer and which was amazing but the listing was very clear that only coin operated machines were available. Knowing there was one in the unit would have greatly reduced the amount of clothes we packed. It was a nice surprise and I hope the listing has been updated. This was our first trip to the panhandle so we had a lot to learn. We really enjoyed the deck and the beach..we spent most of our time in these two places.

Getaway

The cleaning team is not doing their job properly. The floors were filthy. The souls of our feet wre black. I sent a picture of my sister's feet shortly after our arrival. Received a reply that they would be back in touch with me and never heard from them again. Other then that, all was well.

This unit was wonderful! Close to everything we needed. A short walk to beach where chairs and umbrella was set up for us. The whole facility was quiet and well maintained! We would stay there again!

Mom and Sisters trip

It was a wonderful experience. IslandEchos is a great place to go. The beach is a short distance from the boardwalk and it made it possible for my 86 yr old mom to be able to walk to the beach! We will be back!

Condo was beautiful. Great location and easy access to restaurants in Fort Walton and Destin. Awesome view of the beach and gulf. Communication with vacasa excellent with check in. They did f/u next day to see if any needs.

Dirty

All of the floors were nasty like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was still sand all over the floor. Two beds had stains. There was dirt and hair in the master bathtub. We purchased cleaning products ourselves and cleaned it. There was a lightbulb out in the guest bedroom, which I replaced. There was a knife and an old pan that the handles were falling off that they did replace. The dining table and chairs weren’t the same as pictured. The dining chairs had to have cushions put in them so we didn’t sink down in them. Some of the walls and baseboards were very dirty. It was right over the pool, so you could hear the kiddos getting loud. The best thing about it is that it was in a very good location and it was easy to get to the beach. I won’t stay there again.
