This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in vacation rental include a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, and oven. You will also have all of the cooking utensils needed to cook and prepare meals. In the family oriented dining area there is a dining table that will seat 6 and if that isn't enough there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
