This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath half-duplex offers brand new everythingincluding a sparkling new pool! Designed for comfort and style, the open-concept kitchen and living room feature hurricane impact windows with a scenic view down the canal. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The kitchen is outfitted with all-new stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and crisp white cabinetry. The master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated en suite bathroom with both a standard shower head and a relaxing rain shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, with a fully updated guest bathroom nearby.
Step outside to enjoy the brand new poolperfect for cooling off after a day on the water. There's also plenty of downstairs storage for all your boating gear, a fish cleaning table, and both water and electric at the dock, making this home an angler's dream.
Max boat length at the dock is 35ft
**POOL WAS INSTALLED IN APRIL 2025 - WAITING TO GET NEW PHOTOS OWNER OCCUPIED ALL SUMMER**
Amenities: wifi, TV, bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge freezer, washer & dryer, fish cleaning station, king sleeper sofa.
This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then 2-3 vehicles depending on size and 1 tariler will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
