Our 2025 updates include the 55" smart, samsung tv in the living room over our new Tommy Bahama entertainment Center which matches the rest of our decor. We also started our closet renovations. We are glad you found our unit clean and well Furnished. You are correct BeauMer is well Located in the heart of Old Naples a central Location for all. Hello, thank you staying with us. I am glad we were able to answer all your questions during your stay and you were able to enjoy the beauty of Naples during the Country's cold snap. I am sorry you felt things were not to your liking. You never expressed such in all our communications. Bathroom comments will be investigated as I have coincidentally traveled to Naples after your stay and will correct any existing issues. Our furniture is not dated and our 2026 addition of a Beat Buy. 55", Smart, flat screen television with new Tommy Bahama, South West Florida themed entertainment system blends with our decor. I have never heard such a statement. We complete various projects annually and update our spaces to be modern and convenient, All kitchen amenities/appliances are working, updated routinely as well as our pantry is fully stocked for our guests. I apologized for the 1 washer issue on your first day and it was addressed within 24 hours and you were able to use washers/dryers in the same building as our condo. Town does not allow washers to be legally installed in the condos at this time. Association also provides multiple washer and dryer facilities per building onsite. Property manager will be transitioning from coin to card washers and We will continue to provide all laundry supplies. Everything was clearly outlined in our Welcome letter which you received upon your custom booking and again 2 weeks prior to your arrival with your electronic custom door code. All our Vrbo photos match our beautiful water view, Olde Town Naples condo. I am sorry the weather was cooler than usual, the Country was experiencing an unusual winter. Florida was warmer than most of the Country. I am glad I was able to answer all your questions and our condo was clean and comfortable For your stay. Washing towels from pool/beach experience etc. other than one bath set each and leaving all other linens as well unit for professionals to clean after your departure is industry standard and was not meant to be a hardship. You never commented as such. We are a premier property, strive to continue as such and provide all our guests optimum experience in South West Florida. Best wishes for 2026.

I appreciate your recommendations on new places to eat and your ability to explore some of the highlights Naples has to offer. I was disheartened to learn you had a negative experience with select people in the community. As we discussed, I am sorry this interaction occurred. Florida Stare mandates the rules, including no food or beverages other than hydrating water can be at pool area. That being said, There is no excuse for their behavior. We take this seriously and the isolated matter has been addressed. Not to be repeated. As such, We understand your review has more to do with your interaction than our South Florida home away from home in the heart of Naples, FL. BeauMer has undergone an 18-month renovation that is successfully completed for the benefit of all owners and guests. While together we had not scheduled your return trip to Naples, FL, We wish you the best in your recent retirement and all the adventures you have planned.

It was a pleasure to meet you both. I am so glad you enjoyed our Beau Mer condo, pool and amenities. It’s central location provides so many options which you were able to enjoy beach, walking, shopping and dinning, etc. Next time we would suggest boating from across the way and either a picnic lunch on a sand bar or docking at the Snook Inn for a delicious meal. Allison, I enjoyed working with you too and Yes, Our Unit and Beau Mer is in a fabulous location walking distance to downtown Naples, FL. There are periodic sounds but I have never heard of it as a distraction from our quiet unit or ones' vacation enjoyment. The second floor full laundry is detailed in the property description and advance Welcome Letter. All supplied linens, bath, beach, kitchen towels and sheets were laundered for you. I will not be charging for damages we repaired at this time. I will be mailing you the item you left behind. I wish you and your family a Happy and Healthy New Year!
