Rooftop Hot Tub with Ocean Views, New House!

Welcome to the Bay & Breeze!
We recently finished building our little paradise by the bay and can't wait for you to enjoy the ocean air and views. The Bay & Breeze is a new (2020) contemporary designed, detached home on our adjacent property in Bay Park. It boasts an incredible location just minutes away from the beaches, Mission Bay (walking distance), downtown, the airport, and attractions like SeaWorld & the San Diego Zoo.

The house is conveniently designed with a reverse living layout. On the first floor you'll find the 2 bedrooms (one King & one Queen) and a full bathroom with standing shower. No need to lug any baggage upstairs! Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit for individualized comfort, closet and smart television. There are also full-sized washer and dryer units on this floor at your disposal.

Head upstairs and encounter your first water views. The second floor consists of a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a full kitchen with island seating. There is a living room area with pull out couch for additional sleeping options. If you enjoy wine, we have a dual zone wine fridge under the the 55in television for your convenience. Enjoy some of our card or board games at the breakfast banquette. Large windows allow for plenty of light on this floor. The glass doors connecting to the covered deck and outdoor eating area slide completely into the wall for an open feel while taking in the ocean breeze. A propane BBQ grill is available for use on the kitchen deck.

Finally, our rooftop deck. Come for the fun, but stay for the views! Whether you are soaking in the spacious hot tub or sitting at the firepit dining table, you can enjoy breathtaking ocean & bay views, as well as, panoramic aerials of San Diego. Head up top at night to experience the romantic uplighting while the SeaWorld fireworks light up the sky. *To respect our neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, the rooftop curfew is 10PM.*

Great place to enjoy San Diego

The property was very clean and everything was new. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub every afternoon. Location is great just 2 minutes from the highway in a quiet neighborhood with groceries stores a short drive away.

Quiet Stay

Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the bay views and night time skies from the rooftop. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Bay & Breeze Stay

Loved this cute place. Decor was beautiful. Had everything we needed to make it a peaceful stay. Quiet neighborhood and the view from the rooftop was amazing!!! The jacuzzi and sunset views was breathtaking. We recommend this place for sure!!

Excellent Location, with excellent view of Mission Bay!

This is an outstanding place in a great location, the roof top deck is a great place to relax. I will definitely be recommending this place anyone looking for somewhere in the SD area. The property owners are great to work with and are more than happy to address and questions you have, great people!!

Fantastic home central to everything!

Our family enjoyed this modern, clean, well-appointed home. The layout maximizes the views of San Diego, especially from the rooftop deck. Relaxing in the hot tub at night, watching the city lights was a real treat. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location and owner!

Pictures don’t do this property justice, it was even better than expected. Excellent floor plan, rooftop jacuzzi is one of a kind. The check in process was easy, and 11am checkout was a nice touch as well. Beds were clean and comfy, entire home was well appointed. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic home

One of the most well-maintained properties I've ever stayed at. Super clean, awesome hot tub + fire pit on the roof, very comfortable beds. The property owners are great communicators, and extremely warm and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

House was very nice, clean and cozy. Enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck looking out into the town. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, so the location was very convenient. Great location, beautiful hot tub, super clean!

Beautiful location with a rooftop hot tub and super clean and quiet. Just the right size for a family of 3 or 4 and modern finishings. Great communication by the owner who lives next door and beds are comfortable. Full size kitchen and central to great things like the San Diego zoo and seaworld. The fireworks on rooftop a huge bonus on the weekend! Would highly recommend!

The perfect home away from home to land after seeing the sights of San Diego! Beautiful, clean home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located and just a short drive to all we did while visiting. Private hot tub and table fire pit on 3rd floor roof...don't get that at a busy hotel, and no parking fees! We loved our stay and thank our hosts for sharing their beautiful home.

Great home, great location, great hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home away from home. It's located in a lovely, quiet family neighborhood that is close to everything. It's immaculately clean. The rooftop hot tub is a fabulous way to start and end a busy day of sightseeing. The hosts live right next door and are lovely people who responded quickly when we needed something, and were unintrusive when we didn't. Check in and check out was easy peasy. In other words, our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home - Great View - Loved It!

We couldn't find one thing about this house that we'd change. It's beautifully decorated, stocked very well, clean, in a great neighborhood, and has lovely views from both the second floor and the rooftop deck. We had a great time! The owners were super responsive to a minor issue - was fixed in less than 10 minutes! We'd love to come back!

Amazing Spot for an Unexpected Staycation!!

So I have lived in San Diego for almost 20 years in all different areas of the City and this spot happens to be in one of coolest locations/and has the best view you could ask for- easy access to everything with views of the Coronado islands to the south and the amazing sunsets silhouetted by the Church to the West really made this a special place to stay.. Adding to this was top notch hospitality and experience provided by the Hosts (David and Larissa) it turned our ‘Fumigation Week’ into the best experience we could have hoped for… If you have never been or are returning to San Diego I would highly recommend staying here- it will make your experience the best it can be! We know where our next staycation will be :)

Cool Modern Getaway!

We are a Family of 4. (2 adults and 2 teen boys) Property is clean, And very well thought out. We loved the reverse layout- bedrooms on the first floor, 2nd floor is living space, then roof top balcony. It’s filled with Modern details that are very organized and easy to use. AC units in every room was something I never knew I wanted until now. The slider door slides completely into the wall which opens up the entire space for a great breeze and awesome vibe for hanging out. It’s location was just as described, in a nice neighborhood very close to all the beaches of mission bay. The house is packed with all the essentials for cooking meals, family games, bathroom essentials etc.. We called on the owner for something small and she was quick to respond and more then helpful. Overall great experience, and would recommend to friends.

LOVED LOVED LOVED OUR STAY

We will definitely stay at the Bay and Breeze again in the future! We were 100% satisfied with everything about this rental. Communication with the owners was easy, amazing, and extremely quick with responses. The rental was CLEAN!!! I was so happy and relieved when the cleanliness was as it appeared in the pictures. I’m really picky with the cleanliness of rentals. For example, I ALWAYS take my own sheets to put on the bed I’m going to sleep on, whether it be a hotel, rental, etc. I had my own sheets for this rental and did not use them! I felt comfortable sleeping in the sheets because I could see, feel, & smell the cleanliness. We loved the deck where the sliding glass doors opened 100%. It was lovely with the breeze and cooler temperatures in the mornings. We absolutely loved the rooftop! It had an outdoor dining table, with fireplace through the middle of the table. It also had reclining chairs to relax and sun tan. It had a nice AND CLEAN hot tub. But the absolute best of the rooftop were the views! You can see the ocean! You can see over the San Diego city! You can see Sea World’s fireworks perfectly every night! It’s magical up there! The sun sets at night were incredible! It was also so nice to have beach equipment at our disposal. We used the boogie boards, chairs for the beach, beach towels, shade umbrella, sand toys, and beach bag, ALL provided at the rental. It was so nice to not have to rent all this equipment or bring it with us. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Bay Breeze was awesome!

This Bay Breeze property was a great little place to stay in San Diego. A very nice quiet neighborhood close to all things San Diego, the zoo, Sea World, beaches, etc. We enjoyed the very clean, modern and sleek home. Especially the roof top space with amazing views, and a great hot tub soak even in cold overcast weather. The owners made it very easy, with plenty of instructions and communication available immediately if needed. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Perfect San Diego Getaway

Celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with our two year old that really wanted to play at the beach. Being from the Denver area this was a fun change of pace. The owner, neighborhood, property, and location were all outstanding. Thanks again for having us!!
