Winnipesaukee waterfront home with some amazing amenities. This Gilford home offers 3 bedrooms and a wonderful sunroom which can be used for extra sleeping! Brand new floors throughout and a new kitchen that sparkles and welcomes you home!

The first floor bedroom has a King bed and the sun porch with a Twin bed (right off the master), close the sliders for privacy if you wish. The master bedroom offers you a large walk in shower, in the master bathroom you will also find a washer/dryer. The Open living room dining room that looks out to the 3 season porch where you will, most likely, want to have your meals while looking at the lake. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has 3 Twin beds, and a Full size bed. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and one Twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.

Stretch out in the lounge chairs on the patio area for a peaceful nap in the sunshine! The dock is U-shaped and can hold a boat or two and has a ladder to access the water for swimming - no muck here! Perfect place to spend your summer days!

This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well.

Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals. Summer fun!

Everything was great, the location was perfect. Dock and lake were very nice, we rented a boat for a few days, it was nice to be able to dock at the house, The tap water was a little brown and had an odor the first few days but then it cleared up and was fine. Thanks for a great week!

Great Location but expect extra visitors at night in the summer

Great location but experienced a large amount of bugs getting into the house at night if you kept the lights on. Cooled with 4 window AC units that had 1/4 inch gaps for bugs to enter. The rental company was very quick to get back to us and sent someone to check the units while we were gone but their was no decrease in bug entrance afterwards. My wife and I killed more than 40 spiders inside during our stay. Rental offered to send pest control to spray while we were there and we declined as most sprays cause an increase in pests the first few days afterwards. Floors crooked and broken windows, door knobs and a chair upon arrival. We live on a farm in central PA and can deal with a few pests but for the price tag, expected a lot better. Definitely won’t rent this property again but with a little work, it could be greatly improved for future renters.

Nice, not great

Right on the water and the docks are great - we rented a pontoon and had easy access to it the whole time. They also had two kayaks and a couple old life jackets. New floors and kitchen appliances are great, as well as the sun room - perfect spot for family board games! The floors of the house are a little slanted which causes the shower door to slide open while in use. There’s a 12” tv on the fire place that doesn’t do much good and the outdoor sitting space is kind of cool but could be a lot better with some new decking and stairs. The back of the house faces East and the blinds aren’t the best so you’re waking up early each morning. Beds are ok, kitchen is ok, house was clean, just not amazing.
