Phoenix Orange Beach is the 2nd newest beach front property in Orange Beach, AL (construction completed 2019) and the perfect place to stay! Just steps from the white sandy beach, the stunning gulf-front views will draw you in and this upscale coastal complex will delight. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation property is ready for your visit.

The spacious living area opens to the gulf-front balcony where you will find a table and chairs for six as well as two chaise lounges. The living room has a sectional sofa plus two chairs, two end tables with lamps, and a coffee table atop an area rug. An entertainment center is home to a 60" flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The living area is a palette of coastal blues and accents.

The fully equipped kitchen has a granite-topped bar with four stools, stainless steel appliances that include a side-by-side refrigerator and flat-top stove. Lots of cabinets and a nearby wet bar with ice maker and sink. The dining table accommodates six and the bar can seat four additional guests.

The master bedroom also opens to the balcony and hosts a king bed, with two nightstands and lamps, a dresser and a 55" flat screen TV, all with a coastal feeling. The master includes 2 built-in charging stations. The master bath offers ample cabinet space, a separate step-in shower and jetted tub, as well as two sinks in the vanity area.

The second bedroom has two queen beds with a coral and white color scheme. The bedroom includes a nightstand and lamp, a dresser and a 55" flat-screen TV. The bathroom has granite counter-tops and a shower/tub combination.

The third bedroom has two queen beds, with a beachy blue color scheme throughout. There is a nightstand and lamp as well as a dresser and a 55" flat-screen TV. The thrid bath has a step-in shower, with granite counter-tops. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

The property is located within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery and retail stores. If you enjoy exercising, Gulf State Park with is only ~0.5 miles away with over 20+ miles of hiking, biking, and running trails.

We were well informed on every aspect of the trip, travel location, checking in times, the rooms were very well keep. It felt like a retreat, but also like home, every think you needed was either right across the street or a couple of miles short distance, we very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a awesome stay !!

Beautiful views

Relaxing family getaway. This unit has a wonderful kitchen, nice setup for three couples, and spectacular views of the gulf! We hope to return. Host was most responsive and helpful.

Great home for our Girls Trip!!

This place was amazing!! The condo was perfect for the 8 of us for our girls trip! The lazy river was amazing at night and easy rental of chairs on the beach for our lazy days. Owner was amazing at answering all my questions and even had a list of recommendations ready for us at check in. It was perfect!

Beach Bachelorette Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The condo and view were even more amazing than the pictures! Would have preferred a larger pool and sitting area, but we all had a wonderful time hanging out in the beach! Would definitely recommend staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach, especially at this condo!

Great vacation home

Our stay in this condo was great! A very comfortable feel good condo at the beach. It had everything we needed for comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The owner communicated well. We would love to stay again for another relaxing beach vacation.

A++ Accommodations

We have stayed all over Orange Beach and this property surpasses them all. The property is spacious, clean, convenient, and very comfortable. The extra conveniences like plenty of storage, stand alone ice maker, washer and dryer, and keypad entry made our stay effortless. You will see the value in this property upon entry and you will not regret choosing to book here.

We met our friends from High School in Orange Beach to have a friend vacation. It was their first time in Orange Beach. We have been coming to Orange Beach for 20 years. We had a great week! Our friends agreed they will be back. The condo was great!!!

We loved this place! Condo was amazing. Enough room for everyone. It is close to beach. Walked for ice cream. Great location. We cooked in some and ate out. Needed for nothing except our food.

The condo was large, beds were comfortable. TV in one bedroom would not work even after putting new batteries in remote.

Pool-listing

This listing was noted to be new. It isn't. Staff were friendly but, the pool and lazy River were closed way too much. Rain is expected on the coast, closing the pool because lightning is 10miles away is a little too much.

Martha, thank you for taking the time to review our condo! The building is new (only our 4th summer w/ guests and the 2nd newest condo in the area). Most other condos in area have 10+ years of use. That said, we added these details for future guests. Understand the frustration with closing the pool when weather (lightning) is near. All properties in the GS/OB area managed by Brett Robinson are managed this way; that is part of their safety plan. Although not recommended, the ocean is still an option during these times. We hope we are an option for you if you’re ever in the area again!

Great location!

Loved the condo, location and especially beach! Had minor issues on the property - check in time, lobby attendant wasn’t friendly at all, lazy river kept getting closed during the day and even the indoor ones, the smoke detector went off at 2am and I call the lobby as soon as they opened and they told me they would sent maintenance in a couple of days!! What!? After a short conversation she sent someone within 45 mins. This is a great property but unfortunately not ran how it should be. Beware of your belongings my designer flip flops got stolen at the lazy river while we were in the there. Other than that it we had a wonderful time and loved the beach! Jeff was wonderful to communicate with and super helpful!

Loved our stay here! Beautiful condo, clean, great location and easy after hours check in. Jeff was great with communication before and during the stay. Pool and beach access were great. Kitchen had everything we could have possibly need and we loved the ice maker. Also enjoyed the variety of games on hand. Would definitely book this unit on future trips.

Superb Vacation

The condo exceeded our expectations from the website. The view was excellent. With little ones, each family had their own bath and bedroom. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Family Vacation

This the perfect place for our family. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy and we had a lovely view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. The balcony was one of our favorite places! Some even slept on the comfortable lounge chairs so they could enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Being from Mississippi, watching Mississippi State win the College World Series while we were there was a great memory! We would love to return to this little piece of heaven on earth!

Perfect family getaway- beautiful condo

My wife and I have stayed several times at different units in Phoenix Orange Beach. This time we brought our 4 children with us on a Christmas getaway. This condo was the by far the best we’ve stayed in! We were so impressed on how stocked the kitchen was! Some of the other condos barely had any cooking ware. The unit was beautiful, well decorated, and has stunning views! What impressed me the most was the customer experience with the property owner Jeff. He was very kind and responded very quickly to all the questions I had before booking. Customer satisfaction is the key to business and Jeff definitely gets 5 stars! We will for sure book this unit again next time we go to Orange Beach! 100% recommended!

Exactly as described!

Our two families went for a long weekend and everything was perfect! Condo is in brand new condition, easy access from private parking, short walk to pool and straight out to beach. Condo was fully stocked with all kitchen items, TVs in every room, the beds were very comfortable, spacious rooms and living spaces. Would definitely visit again. Jeff was amazing to work with-thank you for sharing with us!

There are lots of people staying here, but we were comfortable social distancing on the elevators, and the restaurants are using a new app for wait time for seating. It’s not a place for seclusion, but how can you beat the Gulf and our spacious condo above it!
