Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el quinto piso, directamente con vista al río lento y el tobogán de agua en Phoenix Orange Beach con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo ¡Evita los ascensores y estaciona en el mismo piso que el condominio! ¡También tenemos una cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. ¡Con más de 1,980 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler!



Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix Orange Beach: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, cocina con electrodomésticos de lujo además de una cafetera Cuisinart, Keurig y Lenox China, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y un HDTV de pantalla plana de 55 "en el dormitorio principal y del segundo y Smart TV de 55" en el tercer y cuarto dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay una cama King en el Master, un King en el segundo dormitorio, dos camas queen en el tercer y cuarto dormitorio para dormir hasta 12.



Hay una impresionante piscina al aire libre de entrada cero con un tobogán de agua que se conecta a un río lento, una piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos grandes jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación con vista al Golfo, parrillas para barbacoa y una cancha de tenis en el piso 10.

The condo was nice and very conveniently located. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults. The only issue we had was towels, we had enough for the first few nights, but when we tried to wash them the washer was out of balance and wouldn’t wash them. We swapped them out with housekeeping, which was an easy remedy. Would stay here again.

THE location and the beach view were great! The deck was big and safe, however there were only two comfortable chairs available for eight adults. The other chairs on the deck were for the pinic table and they were not comfortable. I would recommend future guest bring some comfortable portable camping chairs. The inside of the unit was beautiful, but it was not clean.Our small kids feet were black from the tile floor.A deep cleaning of the whole unit would help impress future renters. We found mold in the ice maker at the wet bar.The kitchen was nice but the pots and pans need to upgraded. All the non-stick surface was wore off.The staff of the unit were great. A Maintence worker came up to our room at 11:30 PM to unlock our bathroom door that accidenty locked.All recommendations are made in the hopes your future renter will have even a better stay !

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for all of us! The parking was so convenient, being right on the floor we stayed! The kids loved the pools and other water slides, etc.

Great location

the location was perfect. All 10 of us were not very happy with cleaniliness of the floors through the house you couldn’t even walk from your clean just taken shower across the room without the bottom of your feet being black. They need to reprimand their cleaning crew.

This was a great place for our family vacation

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 11. Orange Beach was a very fun destination and this Phoenix properties condo was amazing! The ocean view, the convenient location and size of this condo were stellar. The communication throughout the rental process and during our stay did not disappoint. Very clear instructions and easy check in/out process as well.

Great property

This property was beautiful! The bedrooms were set up great and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was super convenient. The location was awesome. Right on the beach but also right by restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. It was nice having the parking garage on the same level as our room but also easy access to the beach and pools. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Our entire groups enjoyed our week on the beach.

Grandmother, Daughters and Grandkids Trip

Loved the condo, location and parking. Our beach guy was great! We didn't like that others were able to set up in front of people that rented chairs. We had to walk through their set up to get back and forth to the water. We will be back!!

Family getaway

There was 10 of us, ranging from 3 to 81 and this was the perfect place and unit to stay. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The parking made it easy to get your things back and forth to your car. We didn't like having to pay an extra $55 per car to park there, we figured that would have been part of the total unit payment... We would definitely stay there again though. Great place and friendly staff.

Celebrating

The property was perfect for our family of 12. The sectional couch in the living room , along with a couple of chairs, was a perfect gathering place for us to visit, play games, watch TV, etc. we loved the balcony overlooking the beach, the lazy river, the slide, the pools, and the hot tubs. We had a couple of things that needed to be seen about and one phone call was all it took for someone to be there within an hour or so. The ice maker in the bar area was very handy. It was a great place to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone agrees that we would like to go back.

Sadly disappointed

We were so excited to have a great Spring Break with family and friends and We were sadly disappointed in the condo, not well cleaned at all. Lots of stains on couch and loungers, rips, dirty shower curtains, mold in ice maker. Sent a message through Vrbo to management company and did not hear back.

It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and you could not beat the location. It had all of the amenities we needed for meals in the unit for the times we wanted to stay in. We loved the convenience of a parking garage that went to our floor (5) and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There were grocery stores, department stores, souvenir shops and tons of restaurants right across the street. We would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again in the future!

Clean and spacious unit with great gulf view

Loved heated pool and hot tubs. Ice cube unit with unchlorinated water was exceptional. Master bedroom and bath was on Gulfside with own door to balcony. Other 3 bedrooms on other end of unit with 2 more bathrooms provided separate family spacing. Loved kitchen that had all we needed. Spacious living room with gulf view off balcony. Excellent lighting everywhere. Washer and dryer much appreciated. Parking garage on same level as unit was the best feature! Can get cart in lobby for hauling in/from unit if desired. Hope to return to this unit again, maybe when Blue Angels return in March (thru October)
