Open concept dining room and living room w/comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and 55" smart TV. Dining room table seating for 6. Stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and bar stool seating for 2. Porch with comfortable seating for two and pool view.

3 min walk to beach via public beach access at Seaside Villas

6 minute walk/2 minute drive to Coligny Plaza with 60 specialty shops and restaurants offering something for everyone, including live entertainment starting at 6:30 PM, 7 days a week at Coligny Plaza Center Stage.

Great Stay

Perfect place for our family’s quick trip to the Island. Quick 5 minute walk to beach, pool in complex, and close to one of the best parks/playgrounds in the area. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location, Perfect for Small Family

We loved this condo for our HHI stay! We only took our car once to visit Sea Pines for the day, but everything else was so easily accessible by walking! Beach access was incredible. Host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our visit! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (toddler + baby), even better than pictured. Three short flight of steps to get to unit, but not a problem for us. Great location walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and grocery.

We loved our stay at this property in Hilton Head. It was a short walk to the beach and the shops. Check in was easy. Everything was perfectly cleaned and decorated. We felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful HHI condo

This condo is amazing. Beautifully updated. Amazing spot that was close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The pool was great and never too crowded. We loved everything about this place and will definitely (hopefully) stay again next time we visit HHI.

Great location

We had a great time with friends and family! The condo was centrally located in a great area of Hilton Head and was only a short walk to the beach. We were able to ride bikes as a family including our two children. This was our first time to Hilton Head and the condo did not disappoint.

Ideal location, super clean, newly remodeled!

We had the best time in Hilton Head! This unit could not be better. Newly remodeled, super clean, and the location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of everything, bike rentals and a little farmers market right out front, and wonderful pool. We will be back!

March Break

We spent the month of March in Hilton Head and had a wonderful time. The space was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed walking and cycling on the beach every day. Robert responded quickly to our questions. We will be back!

Gorgeous spacious beach rental

We traveled here for a long weekend and it was a perfect stay! Location is great literally right across the street from the beach. Our pool was never crowded many times we had the pool to ourselves. Bike rental was located right on the corner of the property. The owners provided a cart, umbrellas and several beach chairs to make our trips to and from the beach great! The actual rental was very clean and nicely decorated and a short walk or bike ride to anywhere you would want to venture to see.

Gorgeous condo in a great location!

This condo is great. It is right across the street from the beach and a 5/10 min walk to Coligny Square, which has stores, music, and food. There is also a bike rental place right next to the condo if you want to travel further. There’s a pool which was very popular. The condo itself it spotless and I had no problem preparing meals for 3 teen girls. Highly recommend!

Great location!

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean and updates were great. Plenty of kitchen gear to make a meal or cup of coffee. Having beach chairs, cart and umbrella was wonderful to have. The owner had a binder that listed places to go, and all the details of the condo including remote usage, wifi, etc. The owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

You will not regret renting this condo!

From start to finish this was a great property. The owners were responsive and always willing to answer questions. The condo was spotless and very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It was so nice having beach chairs and a cooler to use as well. The location is perfect and is within walking distance of the beach and Coligny. The pool was never crowded and the locals were so kind. I have been visiting HHI for 30 years and this was my favorite property yet. We will definitely visit this property again.

Short walk to beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants and grocery store. Close to everything but not too close. Has more of a home feel than other condos that are stacked on top of each other and overcrowded.
