House was in a great location to everything we wanted to see. The beachfront is beautiful. Plenty of room for our large family. Was so nice having the pool for rough surf days. Was also nice having two refrigerators. Plenty of bedrooms and was so nice that every bedroom had its own connecting bathroom. Beds were all very comfortable. We loved the extra space under the house, next to the pool as it was shaded. The entire area next to the pool was gated and the kids couldn’t get out which was so helpful. Easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Love the location, across the road from a grocery store, restaurant, and ice cream! Also coffee across the road. Close to the action. Pool was nice. Loved the ocean view.

You had me at "ice cream" and... nailed what makes Beach Baby East such an easy home base — grocery, restaurant, ice cream, AND coffee all just across the road, right in the middle of the action. Throw in that nice pool and the ocean view and being right on the beach and you're set! So glad it was a great fit. Any suggestions for the home while it's fresh? Or ready to come back to the beach? We stayed at this beach house with a group of 17, and overall it was a great experience. The size of the home was perfect for a large group—plenty of bedrooms and space so no one felt cramped. The common areas were big enough for everyone to gather comfortably, which made meals and hanging out really enjoyable.

I love hearing that even with a crew of 17, nobody felt like a sardine! 🐟 That is exactly why we designed those common areas the way we did—having enough room for everyone to gather for big meals and hangouts is a total game-changer for a group that size. Since we didn't hear a peep from you during the stay, I’m taking that as a 'mission accomplished.' I always say no news is good news because it means you were too busy enjoying the Gulf sun to worry about house logistics. 🏖️☀️ Early May is such a sweet spot on the coast, and I'm glad it worked out so well for your group. We’d love to have you all back whenever you’re ready for another round!

Great house on the beach!! The house was clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was so well stocked we had everything we needed. Except for a few thunderstorms it was a perfect week!!!

We had a wonderful time. The space in every room was excellent. Loved that each floor had its own AC and water heaters. Would definitely stay again. Great location to the beach and right across the street is a fabulous restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience store.

November long term stay

Great place for our Oct-Nov getaway! Loved being right on the beach with a pool. Good price for the down time from mid October to before Thanksgiving. Already rebooked with the owners for next year!

LOVE!

We loved this place, we had a great stay. The place is beautiful and we plan to rebook. Very accommodating and helpful with the booking process as well. As previously stated, there are stairs but we felt like we got some physical activity while being on vacation so it was good!

Thanks Sydney! Glad you all had a great time--and got some exercise in too! Yes, all homes on the beach are at least a flight up, and then more if its a multi-level. The duplexes, like Sarah's, tend to be straight up, whereas the homes can be that but are often broken up by landings. I even have a few rare stand alone homes where all the living area is on one level. So once inside... no MORE stairs. Or hey at the high end, a couple with elevators. But I love Sarah's Beach Baby. The beach, the location, the pool! :-) Thanks again!

Great place for family gatherings

Large enough to meet all of our needs with space to get away for a quiet moment. Our family ranging in ages from 2 to 74 had a great week at the beach. We enjoyed our time together swimming in the ocean as well as the pool. Situated close to stores, restaurants, attractions.

Beach getaway

The house was perfect size for our growing family. Having the pool and easy beach access was amazing. We were close to everything. Loved the two refrigerators also. Felt like the kitchen had everything we needed.

Summer vacation

The Beach Baby East House accommodated our 16 family members quite nicely and all had a wonderful time. The location of the house was great especially to the beach which was leas than 2 minute walk. Thank you Rick and Susan for letting us stay in your home!
