Welcome to unit 702 at Seawinds Resort—your home away from home in Myrtle Beach! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo offers the perfect mix of modern comfort and beachside luxury. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, including a king bed, two twin beds, and a double-sized sleeper sofa, it's ideal for families or small groups. Unwind on your private balcony with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, just steps from the sand.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and convenient stay, featuring:
• A private oceanfront-view balcony
• Fully stocked kitchen with full-sized fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, and toaster oven
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Flat-screen TVs
• Cozy, beach-inspired décor
• Central heating and air conditioning
• Free WiFi

Guest Access
As our guest, you'll have full access to the many amenities offered at Seawinds Resort, including:
• Indoor pool and hot tub
• Outdoor grills
• Direct beach access—just a 60-second walk to the sand
• Shared sun lounge deck
• Seasonal pool access (generally April–September, sunrise to sunset)
Note: Seawinds does not permit motorcycles or trailers on-site. This unit includes two parking passes.

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• As a guest, you'll find public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
• This unit comes with two parking passes. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Washer/dryer available for guest use.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Walking into the condo it was obvious it was not clean. The floors were not vacuumed, all glass surfaces were dirty and finger prints everywhere. Dishes were put away dirty, and still in the cupboard dirty. The bed coverlet, which was the only blanket there, was stained and questionablely clean. There was a blanket, as a curtain covering the spare bedroom window. Location and view off deck is great. Bottom of the list to rent again.

The master bedroom sliding door does not seal and causes the room to be very hot. The door leaks when it rains. The dresser in the master bedroom was missing a drawer and the tv didnt work.

Location is awesome!! Directly on the beach.

It would b nice if someone updated the rental agreement from the beach company. In that agreement it says I am required to bring my own blankets for the beds, bring a hair dryer and I did and to my surprise both r in the unit. I brought an extra bag on the plane because of this! That upsets me! Also there is a sign beside the front door with a warning that if I lose the badge that is hanging there I will b charged 250 but no where does it say that I need that badge or those fobs to get in the building after 10p! That is very annoying! Please update ur instructions!

Spring Break Getaway

We booked this place last minute for a spring break getaway! We had the best time! The location was perfect with a balcony facing the beach. The area surrounding had wonderful local establishments and a family atmosphere! We are already talking about our next trip!
