Not up to par
The property managent service (Beachside management) is inattentive.
The property was dirty (walls, floor and bathrooms) and not well lit.
The bathroom shower doors did not slide without falling off track.
The blinds that separate the bedroom from the common area did not work, were off track and were missing slats.
This provided zero privacy and allowed the light to shine in at 6am.
The wall plugs are not set in the wall, the devices plug ins that you have charging or are using fall out of the wall or turn off.
The property management service does not answer their phones.
They will email you, but no direct conversation communication.
The lights in the kitchen barely work.
We have stayed at the Palm Bay club a number of times and this is the first time it was a less than memorable experience.
The pictures note Gulf side, which indicates gulf wide of the property. (The property has a gulf and bay side.
This room faces away from the ocean, you cannot see any part of the beach of ocean, you see the parking lot.
We asked the management team directly about the ocean view, they said it “had an ocean view.”
It does not, the property management did not address a single issue during our stay.
The Palm Bay club is a great property, we would suggest a different location on the property and not beachside management.
Use VRBO properties that are managed by the Palm Bay club or others.
