Unit 34 is a one bedroom one bathroom located on the north side of the building. The unit is tiled throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped beautiful granite counter tops with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove, built in microwave, Keurig, coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a sleeper sofa and two chairs for furnishings with a 42 inch HD flat screen television. The dining room has a table with seating for four. The bedroom has a two queen size bed with a 42 inch flat screen television. The bathroom is a full size bathroom with tub/ shower combination with glass doors. The private balcony has a table and chairs with a love seat with a twin size sofa bed. The balcony also is glassed in with sliding windows so guests can enjoy the nice ocean breezes. This unit has no ocean view due to the neighboring Sea Grapes. Siesta key is a great place to vacation with family and friends.

Property Amenities
The Palm Bay Club has all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The amenities include two swimming pools heated at 84 degrees, an outdoor spa at 104 degrees, two lighted tennis courts with available options for Pickle Ball play, a boat dock with a fishing pier, serene views of the beautiful bay and even occasional manatee sightings! The Palm Bay Club also provides complimentary, secure wireless internet and brand new washer and dryer facilities located in common areas throughout the property for guest convenience.
Our complex is located at the 'heart' of Siesta Key's Crescent beach and Palm Bay has its own private beach access. Lounge chairs and seating are provided at both pools and the beach. We even provide the towels! The complex is just 1.5 miles south of The Village where you will find plenty of local dining spots and shops. Palm Bay personnel are onsite 24/7 to ensure the comfort of all guests and after hour check-ins when needed.

Spent first day at ocean, second day at main pool and last 2 days at bay pool. Kudos to Bob for giving my husband a lift the first 2 days due to his difficulty walking. GM was seen each day at both pools speaking with guests and his exceptional kindness was so appreciated. He was also outside the tower as we were leaving early morning, so he obviously works long hours and is a courteous, caring gentleman. We loved Palm Bay Club and I hope to go back again. The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our only suggestion would be to add a recliner to the room, but I suppose you don’t get a lot of seniors.
Speaking to a gentleman familiar with the area, this is successor to George who previously stood watch at the bay pier,

Reviewer Comments: This Unit was very disappointing compared to previous visits when located at alternate apartments in the Tower. Old bathtub with sliding glass doors didn’t drain. Cheap non stick cookware with finish crumbling. Insufficient cutlery. Only 4 forks. Cheapest possible appliances and incomplete chefs knife set.Lack of storage for our clothing or pantry items. Iron had black residue on face which transferred to my clothes when used. This unit needs some upgrades!!

Great Beach Location, Property + Service, Not a 4-Star Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and property, and received great service from the staff. We didn't use the pool but it looked great! The fitness center is well equipped and quite clean. There are a LOT of great restaurants close by (Shore + Columbia on St. Armands, Conners Steakhouse, Flavios in downtown - all excellent). The unit was equipped with most everything we needed, but the pans were pretty bad. Unit 34 is NOT a 4-star unit. The unit is a good layout and was enough space for two adults. Four adults would be too crowded, but it may be okay with 2 adults and 2 children. It's dated, and crowded with too much furniture. But, most of all, it is in desperate need of a very DEEP cleaning. The floor of the balcony was absolutely filthy, along with the window tracks. The area rugs and mattress are way past their prime and the rugs are dirty. The tub didn't drain well and the bathroom fan was worthless. There were only 3 bed pillows, so, a fourth person would be out of luck. It says hand soap is provided, but we had to buy that. We'd love to stay at Palm Bay again ...but definitely in a different unit. The 'starred' questions are badly worded. I used Palm Bay when referring to the 'Property' and Tower Cult N 34 when referring to the "unit."

Reviewer Comments: I have enjoyed our previous stays at PalmBay Club in the Tower w my husband and family many times but this year we were very disappointed. The unit was not at all up to the standards of previous years. Rugs furniture bedding were not in good condition or clean. The pictures that were shown on the site were not reality. A leak in the bathroom ceiling the second day of our stay was repaired but not completed and house keeping never came to clean up. I could go on but I think you get the picture of how disappointed we were this year. We will return to Siesta Key w it’s beautiful beach but probably not at the Palm Bay Club.

During our stay the elevator was to be under some maintenance but did not actually start till week later. So glad for that. Close to the beach. Unfortunately sand often works it way into the building and tracked in the hallways and stairwells. Unit was nicely appointed. It would be helpful to have a front hall mat inside and out to keep sand out better. A broom and dust pan should be provided. We had to buy our own. Some pots and pans have loose handles. Coasters and placements would be nice. Palm Bay Club should implement towel service again even at a nominal cost and not tied to housekeeping. Phone in the units would be important for emergencies and local calls. Helpful at the beach to install more boot brushes to get the sand off or just outside the tower building.

Enjoyable but not perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the private beach and the easy check in and check out. Having a kitchen was fantastic as we didn't want to always go out to eat. Renovations had started on our floor but were not being worked on at the time so had some concerns about open outlets in public areas as there were kids in the tower. Back door didn't allow for key re-entry so being a smoker that was irritating.The use of only 1 elevator was also an issue.

Great Property, but the bed....

This unit was cute, I'm not super fussy about updated furnishings etc. It was just me and my son, who slept on the pullout sofa. He's young so he didn't care about the thin mattress (it's a sofabed, you know how they are) and I could see him at all times thru the glass door that seperates that space from the bedroom so that was helpful, and we didn't have to pay for a 2 BR so that worked well for my situation. However.... the mattress in the bedroom is every bit as bad as the other reviewers mentioned. Again, I'm not fussy, just need a place to lay my head at night as we're out and about all day, but the mattress in like a V it sags so bad in the middle. I could see someone injuring their back and ruining their trip sleeping on this thing. Palm Bay really should not allow this unit to be rented until the owners replace it.
