Relax and watch nature with views of the salt marsh in the master bedroom. The home offers french doors leading to a nice side deck for outdoor entertaining and relaxing on your vacation. Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, central air conditioning and smart tvs in Master bedroom and living room.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, spacious, and updated with still some Cape Cod charm. Loved the private beach and the short walk to get there. Also, the outdoor deck was great for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. Check in and check out was a breeze with Martha Murray as always. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Cape Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great house with a lot of updates. Good AC and great outdoor shower along with a great indoor shower basically made for older folks. Truly enjoyed our stay the only tough part was getting over the door with all our beach gear. We didn’t have two strong people to pick up our cart to get it down the doon. We loved the beach though we are so used to staying where there are jetties that have an open made us go in the water more.

Central air and strong wifi signal were a big plus. The view of the sunset from the deck, over the pond, without the obstructions that some of the other nearby rental properties have, is a great background for outdoor dining. We hope to stay here again next year.

The house was clean, well appointed, modern with just enough nod to more rustic times. The Private Beach was a treat. Highly recommend the rental company and this property. The quick walk to the beach is what attracted us to this rental. We loved having the house to ourselves rather than renting a split unit. Perfect beach vacation

The house is clean, bright and airy. It is larger than the pictures would indicate, especially the living room. There was a continual breeze so we never used the a/c. The location is ideal - a short walk to West Dennis Beach and Old Wharf/Lower County restaurants. The sea marsh views from the deck were peaceful - that is what sold me on this house. The private beach at the end of the street - 2-minute walk (max) is beautiful as is the small Town beach next door which is also accessible. All in all, we had a great week!
