Spacious house with great location

Clean, nice pool with plenty of shade, loved the washer and dryer, had 1 interaction with owner who promptly resolved. Walking distance to beach and Time Square

Great location, cute house

This house is in a perfect location - easy to walk to the beach and Times Square/restaurants. Cute house but a bit dated. The screened in front porch was perfect for early morning coffee and our dogs to people watch. Pool was nice although we didn't use it more than once. There aren't a lot of beach chairs but there is a nice wagon to take items to the beach. We brought our own beach towels but there are some at the house as well. Unfortunately the gas grill was broken and we aren't good at using a charcoal grill which was a bit of a bummer for us as we like to grill out at night. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our request for an extra night.

Convenient location to the beach. I would advise to bring your own beach chairs, towels, and toys if traveling with kids!

Wonderful place

Very roomy property and it has a pool! Two very large bedrooms with king size beds. Plenty of room to lounge around in the living room area. Nice big table for six that the four of used up. Great well stocked kitchen with lots of counter space. We really liked the screened in balcony that even had a pass-through window from the kitchen. The balcony was great for the morning sun, and even nicer with shade for late afternoon and evening.

Great location!

Great location, beautiful heated pool, pool could use a bit of work, but with the hurricane I would say all and all great! We booked this house for next year. The cleaning crew could do a lot better. The price you pay for cleaning the house should be clean.

Great Property and Location

House had a very homey feeling. The location is very walk able to Times Square. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. The heated pool was wonderful for lounging and relaxing at. It had plenty of seating and room to have family come hang out for the day.

Feb 2022 stay

We loved this property! We stayed for 2 weeks with our dogs and had a wonderful vacation! The owners are great and easy to communicate with. We really appreciate that they allowed us to bring our doggos. The house was spotless and very well stocked. It had every single thing we could have possibly needed in the kitchen and also plenty of beach towels and a beach wagon. Internet speed was fast, so I was able to stay caught up on work and we could stream shows when we felt like watching tv. We really enjoyed the fenced in pool area and spent a lot of time out there too. We hated to leave. Can’t wait to return next year!

Close to the Beach, Times Square and has a Pool!

We enjoyed our month stay and used the pool almost every day! Walked to the beach and Time Square every day! Location is nice that it isn't in the craziness of the main street but close enough to walk to everything or hop the tram if you don't feel like walking! It isn't a new home so don't expect a new house but other than that no complaints! We also brought our boat and there is a boat launch only a few blocks away which was convenient as well. If we can find a large enough time frame available during the winter we would stay again!

No air conditioning for 3 days dirty house your representation was very rude and accused us of things that were not true and trying to make us pay more. It was miserably hot and they are mad because they said they would refund our money for the days without air and now they are trying to find reasons not to

Nice place short distance from beach

Nice not luxurious place and amenities. Some upgrades needed. 8 minute walk to beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. No major complaints.
