The location of this condo is ideal for a traveling executive, or couple looking for a romantic getaway. Located just 8 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, the condo is within ½ block from the Gateway Shopping Center (tons of shopping, nightlife, entertainment, people watching, movies...), walking distance to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Temple Square, Energy Solutions Arena, Downtown Farmers Market, and all of the Business/Financial areas that make up Downtown SLC.

The condo is also a very short walk to Trax for easy access to the U of U, and the rest of the Salt Lake Valley. If skiing or snowboarding is your thing, you will be within 35 minutes of Park City/Deer Valley, and 5 other world-class ski resorts.

This stunning Urban-Chic loft has just gone through a 12-month makeover by one of SLC's most sought after designers. Loved the place! I felt very much at home, it’s perfectly located within walking distance to everything. The kitchen was stocked with all I needed to make and serveThanksgiving dinner for 8 and Andrew, the owner was very responsive and gracious. I might add, the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The listing makes it sound like this property was just remodeled but we didn’t find that the case. Cleanliness was our biggest issue and we were disappointed that none of the other reviewers thought the same. The shower when wet, smells like urine until it dries. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The kitchen and vanity drawers were not very clean. There were some other minor things. IMO needs some attention to detail.This loft has thin walls and you can even hear the neighbors telephone conversations.Location is great, walking distance to a lot. Access was good. Parking is tight but wasn’t an issue, nice that it’s gated access. For the above reasons we would not stay here again.

Great place

This is the second time I have stayed here for a conference at the convention center. It is nice to have the extra space and it has a great location that is within walking distance to most of downtown. The building has a lot of character, and the condo is a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Well equipped, nicely furnished, two blocks from Salt Palace. Updated appliances. Only complaint is dim lighting for reading in bed and shaving.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else

The stench of rotten fish sticks is overwhelming. Bring your own pillows. Parking is damn near impossible if you have a full size truck and everyone else in there does as well.

Perfect Location

Stayed for a couple nights while visiting UT for a concert at the Delta Center. The unit had everything we needed for the kitchen. The oven would build up too much smoke while using so we just swapped over to the stove top for cooking. The inside had everything you could need. Extra towels and blankets. We were there long enough to do a load of laundry which is nice to go back home with clean clothes. It is spacious for two people. The unit was a bit too loud for us as the neighboring units were rowdy at all hours of the night from above and next door. So it was difficult to sleep and stay asleep even with other sounds to try and drown it out. We did like the car being in a gated area for peace of mind. The walk to the concert was so quick! Which was our main priority this trip!

First of all, this was the very first time ive used anything other than a hotel for vaca He answered all my questions. Place was clean and perfectly located. Had flight issues, and over accomdated us for such. Myself and fam never happier with a stay

Close to everything

My husband and I stayed downtown for a conference and were in a great location. Also we’re close to the the stadium and lots of restaurants nearby! The condo is spacious.

4th time we have stayed there, it's been nice but,we got locked out, the gate code changed mid stay and we were not notified, had to wait 15 min. until someone elsecame someoneeccame

Great Stay!

Easy check-in and nice location. Loft was nicely appointed and all utilities worked great. Good restaurants in the area with a cool neighborhood vibe. I’d stay here again.

I like at this building cause it works for me, I go to salt lake palace and its only 2 blocks away, close to reataurants and the gateway grocery store, i have stayed in 3 different units and im pleased with all 3. Hope im able to book here next year.
