Welcome to Broken Hill Flats for your stay in this 2 bedroom top floor designer accommodation in the heart of Nelson's downtown core!

Enjoy 1200 sq ft of private living space in this prime location, meticulously curated for a top notch local lifestyle. The fusion of heritage and contemporary style is sure to impress, fitted with quality fixtures and appliances throughout and highlighting local artistic talent. Sophisticated lighting details all rooms, accenting 12ft ceilings and multiple skylights.

We are pleased to offer a pet friendly environment and ask that guests respect the following restrictions!
Travelers must inform the host if travelling with pets upon booking. A fee applies per pet maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Sorry no puppies allowed, only potty trained pets to avoid damaging the concrete floors. Thank You!

There is plenty of space for up to 6 guests with 2 deluxe King beds, a comfortable custom made Queen sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, open concept fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room and dining area.

Entry:
Coded entry door with access from the Street. Flight of stairs up one story to your private flat also with coded entry.

Parking
The parkade is across the alley and has a fee of $8.25 per day or $2 per hour 9a-5p free Sundays & holidays. Max height is 6'9. Street parking is also available at $2 per hour.

Not much to do as we think cleaning fees should cover cleaning. We do tho ask you load dishes in the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle before you leave please.

Great location, close to all amenities on Baker Street. Really enjoyed the spacious kitchen (well stocked), along with having two full bathrooms witj both bedrooms having king sized beds.

Great place downtown.

Modern, clean, and well appointed apartment perfectly located right in the middle of Nelson's downtown. Very nice place. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. In the heart of downtown Nelson. This place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host, Chad, was very helpful when we had questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, location.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Communication with Chad was always quick. Parking would be only down fall, but we lucked out and got the Handicap stop out front each night. Our friends though ended up paying for each day (total 40) for 5 nights and is 2 blocks away. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality dishes etc. We wold defiantly recommend staying here in Nelson.:)

Amazing! Would stay again

Property felt newly renovated and was the perfect amount of apace for 3-4 people for a weekend getaway. Central location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was well stocked and well maintained. Leah was super friendly and helpful before, during and at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nelson!

A great stay!

Loved the condo! It was so well done. Lots of room for everyone. Had everything we needed. The location was awesome. Right downtown so you could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

We have come to this place for a few years in a row. Visiting friends and skiing. The place is amazing and it’s a walk away from everything you’d want!! Love it!!
