Gated riverfront property high in the lush Sierra Madre mountains, Villa Cascada is just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Banderas Bay and 40 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. On property activities include 2 new Pickleball courts, Bocci Ball, 2 Swimming pools. A new 1200 SF yoga studio is now complete. We have 6 guest bedrooms now + 4 more bedrooms in Feb 2026! Great Accommodation in Excellent Old Town Location

We stayed at Indah 4D in early January and having visited to Vallarta for the past 15+ years we had high expectations. Indah 4D did not disappoint. The multiple (2) pools provide ample leisure opportunity and the food and service was good. A 10 minute walk on a cobblestone street to Old a Town where many of PVs best restaurants are located. The unit was clean and well appointed. Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future.

This is an amazing property! The photos are very accurate. The owners and staff are very kind, organized, generous, and lovely to deal with. The pickleball setup is amazing, so if you're looking for pickleball this is a great spot. The river was also beautiful during our visit and lovely to go for a walk just wading up the river. It's a bit cooler than the heat of PV - perfect temperatures. This really is an amazing spot, highly recommended!The *only* very picky notes to be aware of are the fact that there are some harmless but itchy biting bugs (since you're in the jungle) and that it's a ways from town. We were looking for something remote so it was ideal for us, but it is a good ways out from PV.

Beautiful condo

This property could not have been more perfect for our visit to PV! We've stayed at Indah before and absolutely love it. The condos are beautiful, clean and well-maintained, with spectacular views. The pool areas are incredible and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent - just a short walk or cab ride to the Romantic Zone, but away from the noise for nice, peaceful nights. The property management team was responsive and very friendly. I will always look at the Indah for future visits!

Fabulous condo

The balcony has amazing views - we saw whales and dolphins from it - and very comfortable with room for everyone. It was a very spacious place, with lots of room for our extended family of 8. Everything was beautiful and well kept - we had a wonderful time!!

Luxury Property in Great Location

The condo is spacious and in like new condition. It's located near, but not in the romantic zone. It's nice to be near, but not in the action. There is ample living space and indoor seating as well as a large terrace with various seating options. Stacking glass sliding doors open the living area up completely to the outdoors. We were able to see whales passing by from the terrace. The building has 2 large pools and hot tubs. There is a great gym with new equipment. Other people in the building were friendly. Taxi's and uber's were able to find the property easily. I would highly recommend this property.
