-Septic system is fragile, please only use septic safe toilet paper and flush nothing else. Don’t flush feminine products or baby wipes.
-Please remove shoes in the house to help keep the carpets clean.
-Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and TV when you leave the house.
-Report anything that is broken or needs repair so we can keep the house maintained for the next guests.
-Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
-No food in the bedrooms please.
-Guests are responsible for the trash bins (bring to end of driveway and back up to front of garage) while staying at the house.
