Near Phillies, Sixers and Flyers stadiums. Near Sesame place and Great Adventure. Near NJ and New York City also. Newly renovated. Washer/dryer, and dedicated parking available. (4) 55inch HD/4k smart flat screen TV's provided (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each room) in case privacy is warranted. Sound bar provided in the living room. High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. Front porch seating available for beautiful and rainy days. Coffee shop, pub, gym and many stores in walking distance. Near water for fishing. Vibrant area. Events day and night. Fun filled adventures daily.

experience was great , everything looked exactly how it did in the pictures . Neighborhood was great very peaceful and quiet. Host was very nice and respectful. Only thing i would say is the host does send a lot of text i personally would fall back on the text just a lil so guest can enjoy there time at the bnb but over than that 10/10 experience would come back !

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The host is very gracious and the apartment was clean and spacious. I would recommend this to anyone that was coming up to this area. This is going to be my go to place when I come up to Philadelphia from now on.

Everything was so amazing. The house was clean and so spacious. We used the site for my bridal party to get ready for my wedding! The photographers got incredible pictures from the porch and backyard. It’s picture perfect! Everything was very clean as well. Jerry was so communicative and easygoing which made this stay a breeze.

The split air conditioner/heat did a good job. Kitchen was clean, missing some things like foil or wrap to store food. We had to buy detergent to clean our clothes. Lighting was good in all rooms, hall and outside. Could use a little more lighting when parking out back. Location amazing! House adorable and like all old houses little chilly but blankets and heat helped. Loved my stay.

This is now my second stay at this property and I have nothing but good things to say about the entirety of the my stay. Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The place itself is great but it’s always good to know that you have a host who is accessible as well as responsible. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This place was perfect for my family to stay while house renovations were being performed. Mr. Gregg was an amazing host- very generous, informative, understanding, flexible, and communicative. He really went above and beyond, and the property was super clean, beautiful, and convenient.

This place felt like home. Check-in was easy and the host was very attentive. Cleaning and personal care essentials, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, etc. were supplied. The house was clean and well maintained, and there was a private parking spot in the back, in addition to plenty of street parking. We loved hanging out in the front porch and the deck in the back. The location was convenient and within a short walking distance to a great coffee shop, which offered good coffee and food options. It was also within a 5-10 minute drive to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. We had a great time here while visiting family in Philly and staying busy in the area.

Perfect spot, convenient to a lot of good places to shop/eat/drink. We stayed here when we went to sesame place. The place was very clean, furnished and had a lot of great amenities. You can tell the host has great attention to detail! We utilized the back patio and ate dinner outside. The host was very responsive and organized throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is very spacious and comfortable. The house is kept super clean. Location to Sesame Place was perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and would be happy to visit again.

Pretty convenient location if you want to access Sesame Place and have a kitchen and other amenities when you have a little one. The property is very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very amenable; however just be aware you may not be able to do any early check-in or drop offs. Highly recommended we plan to use this place when we visit Sesame Place again.

My property is unique because it provides a unique comfortability level because of the unique location. The back deck provides a comforting morning time coffee and breakfast, a beautiful midday brunch, and/or a lively dinner theme of your choice. The view of the water, the unique passing animals and birds provide all the sights and sounds you will need. The front porch also has seating which provides a soothing experience when you want to relax, watch the locals walk by and/or listen to and watch the cars drive by. You can also enjoy the rain in total, while sitting under the extended roof on the front porch. Inside also provides an historical comforting feeling. Each room provides a 55inch smart TV, to please everyone’s entertainment needs. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen, to minimize work. Comfort is the goal. Overall, the property is wonderfully simple. I thank you for your time.
