The tranquil feeling will overwhelm you when you pull up to this property!! This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home is conveniently located but feels very secluded with the serene views in the backyard. The Indiana Dunes State Park is 10-15 minutes, local beaches are within 10 minutes, Blue Chip Casino 10 minutes, & Four Winds Casino 15 minutes.

The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area.

The house will be accessed via keypad on the front door.


Walking in you can immediately feel the open and inviting feel with the tall ceilings and windows allowing the view of the peaceful backyard. On the main level you will find Bedroom #1 with a king size bed, an open concept family room with large windows that allow in the beautiful sunlight. There is a sliding glass door between the family room and dining area to allow access to the deck. The kitchen, laundry and a full bath are also located on the main floor. Upstairs you will find a very large Bedroom #2 with a California King bed, Bedroom #3 with a king size bed and another full size bathroom. Downstairs in the walkout basement there is an area to watch TV, a desk just in case you are working, and another full bathroom.
*The garage is not accessible to guests.
