The Space:
Only a minute's walk from the foreshore of the Derwent River is our cosy, beautifully styled one bedroom apartment in Sandy Bay. Newly renovated and furnished, enjoy all the creature comforts you would come to expect from a home away from home.

Enjoy the modern kitchen facilities, fully equipped for self-catered meals. Kick back and enjoy Netflix or just surf the net with complimentary WiFi. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an attached ensuite.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes with a dedicated car parking spot out front, or optional access to a hire vehicle through ‘Uber Car Share'. Information pertaining to the booking process for the vehicle will be sent to guests once they have a confirmed reservation at the apartment.
