Excelente Central Lambton Quay Apartment

El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones, ambas con camas queen, cada habitación tiene su propio televisor y el apartamento tiene conexión inalámbrica a internet.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor grande, un reproductor de DVD, una caja de Apple TV y calentadores para mantenerte caliente.

La cocina tiene todo lo básico y mucho más, como cafetera, máquina de hacer palomitas de maíz, olla arrocera, sandwichera, microondas y licuadora, entre otros.

También están disponibles juguetes, rompecabezas y libros para niños, trona, silla de paseo básica (no apta para recién nacidos), cuna portátil básica (sin incluir sábanas, etc.) y la mayoría de los elementos esenciales que una familia necesitaría, incluido un lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora. La ducha tiene una pequeña (bañera corta) en la parte inferior para facilitar el baño de los niños.

Los gastos de lino están incluidos en el precio de la reserva y se solicita a los huéspedes que se aseguren de que todos los platos usados ​​se lavan y guardan antes de irse.

The host really helped us when we had difficulty reading the check-in information. The apartment is well situated in the CBD and is very secure. It was nice to have a washer and dryer along with a kitchen with cooking amenities.

Central and easy communication

The communication with the owner was spot on! Travelling from overseas it was important and she responded to us promptly. The location is great and very spacious apartment. Instructions were easy to understand.

Great city experience

I didn't know what to expect being in the city, but the location of CBD of Wellington is fantastic. It was never a long drive to anything you'd like to do, close to the ferry port, lots of food and shopping choices, and the five of us made use of the massage (& nail) place next door; I had the best massage of my life there. The owner communicated well with me in advance and provided some parking suggestions (ramps), but as I was parking in a ramp I met a garage parking meter attendant who suggested I park on the street cause it's free parking from 8 pm to 8 am and would be significantly cheaper.. it was! I used the parking app on my phone for the street meters and only had to pay for a total of 4 hours for two nights due to the free parking after 8pm. The only negatives are 1) the clothes dryer didn't dry very well, but once we were aware of it, we used the other one more; 2) no paper towels provided; both minor. I recommend and would stay again if I return to the area.

Location, location, location

Right at the heart of Wellington. It was convenient to get to wherever we wanted to visit. The property was easily accessed and everything was in great working order.

This property has everything you need and a bit more. Bonus points for the nice coffee machine and great water pressure. Will definitely stay again.

Very disappointed

The apartment had a terrible smell upon entry. Lots of dust on the tv, baseboards and behind the dressers. Food from previous renters left in the frig and bugs in the sugar. The blinds were dirty and not all of them worked. The apartment needs a deep cleaning and painting. The beds were clean and the location was great.

Central but needs some TLC

The location was good but the apartment had not received any updating and was in need of a thorough clean. The basics were kept to a good standard but both my husband and daughter had allergies the entire duration of our stay. Although the kitchen was well stocked the cleanliness of the items was questionable. The bedsheets were clean but had stains and marks on them, in need of being replaced with new ones. I hate giving bad reviews but the apartment just was not up to the standard of others we have stayed at within the same price bracket.

Every thing you need and a very handy location.

Every thing you need and a very handy location. Close to cable car, water front and te papa. Countdown super market just a few minutes walk away plus shops and cafe's. We found Two Greys on the corner of featherston and grey st a nice place for dinner.

Location was very central , but we were surprised how much street noise we could hear at night even though the apartment was on the 8th Floor. The apartment was very clean, though there were only 4 cups and we were a group of 5. We did have a small issue with the TV turning itself on at 6.30 in the morning when we had not set a timer, maybe pull the plug when you go to bed.

Lovely apartment and great, central location.

Lovely apartment and great, central location. Close to transport and lots of things to do. It had everything we needed and the kids puzzles and books were a fabulous bonus. Kept the kids amused in the down times.
