All you need in a great location

Great location, central to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of shared lounge space. The couches are on the harder side but fine if that is what you prefer for a bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

My husband and I had very enjoyable stay of four weeks in the apartment this Jan-Feb. Its central location just off the waterfront meant we could walk or take public transport to get everywhere (didn’t need a car) and the apartment itself is comfortable with an appealing sense of space and light.

Amazing location and very clean

The property was amazing, we had a small hitch in the check in process where the host was out of the country and wasnt prepped for our stay. However after getting in touch with them (via Stayz), the host tried their best to get things back on track as best they could. Im sure our experience was abnormal in this matter and would still recommend this property and host.

This property far exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. Perfect location especially when you don’t want to hire a car. Felt so secure and homely. Awesome Holiday Property

My 3 friends and I loved this apartment! It was clean and tidy, kitchen had all appliances and utensils we needed, we comfortably had a bed each (2 sofa beds were very comfortable), extra bedding was easily accessible, large dining table and seating for plenty of guests! It was definitely Windy-Welly with all the windows open which was great on the hot days!! Finally… location, location, location… add another 5-Stars!! Easy to walk to supermarket, eateries, 24-hr convenience store, visitors centre, no need for car rental when you stay here. Thanks Al, top notch property, we’d love to come back.

It advertise that it sleeps 8 people the couches that you would be expected to sleep on are like bricks unacceptable to class as beds, so my aunty and i had to share a bed.

After Check-In, everything was great!

GREAT location, clean, good facilities and perfect for a friend or family outing to the city. Downsides: only one key provided for a several-member trip with different plans made coordinating tough, and our check-in process was not easy. We agreed on a check in time but were left waiting 45+ mins outside apartment to receive key even after being told someone would be there in “7 mins”. After initial lack of communication with check in though, everything else was great.

Great location

Great location, well appointed apartment. Plenty of towels and linen if needed. Getting the keys could have been easier. Suggest getting a lock box. Couldn't get dishwasher to work. Top drawer wouldn't shut and bottom draw had error message, maybe wasn't hooked up to the water. No hair dryer after asking and being told there was one. Window in lounge should be fixed so it can be shut. Overall good apartment and would stay again.

Great place to stay in Wellington.

Clean, comfy, quiet, secure & quirky. Very convenient - right across from the tourist info site & taxi stands; close walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. Much bigger than we expected & it is bright & light with lots of windows. Really appreciated having the washer (didn't need to make use of the dryer because there was a clothes horse provided which was good, and I preferred). Just a few thing we wanted to mention: a) for some reason, we couldn't get the wi-fi to connect at all during our stay; b) would be nice to have at least a small garbage can in both the main bedroom and the main bathroom; c) one window was almost impossible to close - it was slightly ajar when we arrived & it definitely could do with fixing; d) watch out if you decide to sleep in the bedroom with the internal shutters that faces the kitchen area (we didn't ourselves) as you will almost certainly bang your head on the very low shelf right above the bed, and e) would be nice to have some sort of recycling container in the property, although there didn't seem to be anywhere in the building to put recyclables in as the garbage was simply put down a garbage chute. We enjoyed out stay in this property and would look to stay there again. Thanks. Barb & Richard J.

Location

The apartment was just right for what we needed. It's location was fantastic being near the waterfront. The only thing was the basic necessities were not there like soap or little pods of milk for tea and coffee so had to find a shop for supplies. Other than that it was great and will definitely come back again for our next conference. Thanks

Central Wellington

A very central, safe and secure apartment in Wellington city centre. Easy walking access to most city highlights including Wearable Arts 10 min walk. The apartment could do with some maintenance or an upgrade. The roman blinds need new strings, the fridge was leaky , and ducktape was used to hold dishwasher handle in place. An upgrade of linen would also be appreciated. However we did get early access and enjoyed our stay in Wellington at WOW.

Centrally located spacious apartmwnt.

The apartment is perfectly Located for exploring the city shops and cafes and the waterfront walks galleries and other attractions. The interior is spacious and comfortable although the bed was rather soft for us - and the bed linen needs upgrading to 100% cotton ! Towels were also a bit scruffy. Overall would recommend.
