Sparkling pool and hot tub right outside your back door! Fully equipped for your convenience! One designated parking spot plus numerous guest/visitor spaces available. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony.

Largo Mar Condominiums are located on the eastern side of the beach in Lower Grand Lagoon. Close to numerous restaurants including Capt. Andersons, The Grand Marlin and Schooners. Lots of shopping and many fun activities in close proximity.

Spring Break for adults

Will stay again

Absolutely loved the condo! Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. Loved that the complex is gated and code accessed. The area is more laid back and family oriented, which is exactly what we needed to recharge. Pool and hot tub where very nice and clean also. Enjoyed the deck going out to the beach for sunsets. We did have a problem with the hot water in the 2nd floor shower. It wouldn't get warm at all the entire time we were there. We just had our son shower in our room.

Memories past and present

We rented this condo along with another one bedroom unit. This unit is very nice and the property is well kept. We stayed at Largo Mar over 30 years ago and loved the memories it brought back being there and the many new memories we made. Management is very responsive and very helpful. Hope to go back again soon.

Largo Mar PCB

We love staying at Largo Mar. The location is great because it’s much less crowded than other parts of PCB. We love how close you are to the beach and pool. Overall we had a great stay. There were a few cleanliness issues. The floor could have used another mop. There were some things left by the previous guests still in the room, and the whole condo was very dark. Brighter lightbulbs would have really helped! We also had trouble keeping the top floor cool without making the downstairs freezing!

Annual PCB vacation

This is my 4th time staying at Largo Mar property and my 2nd time staying in this specific condo. I cannot say enough about this place! It is amazing! Perfect for family get away! The location is great and the pictures don't do the place justice! Very clean, very nice, and comfortable for everyone! Look forward to booking in the future!!

Great Property

This was likely my misunderstanding; I thought based on the pictures that this townhome was directly on the beach. It is a very short distant but you cannot see the ocean. I did enjoy the stay and the place was very nice !

We love the property!

Just want to suggest adding an additional unit to cool off the master, it gets extremely hot on top level and maybe a king size bed. Other than that the unit is perfect .

A Little piece of heaven

This condo is everything as advertised plus some!! GREAT location, ground unit is great for unloading and loading. The condo was clean, the couches and beds are very comfortable and you have so much storage space for everything you need as well as they have more than enough dishes for cooking meals! HIGHLY SUGGEST!!! We look forward to coming back!!

If you don’t like high rise condos, this is the place for your family.

Biltmore Beach was a perfect rental for our family. The beach at the high rise condos are just way too crowded. The location is so convenient to grocery and shopping. Also, if you go deep sea fishing, you’re only minutes away from Captain Anderson’s marina. Oh yeah, have breakfast at Jessie’s Place.
