Architectural, contemporary & perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty of the Nelson region, all day sunshine & panoramic views of the ocean, mountains & rural surrounds.
This home offers spacious interior & exterior relaxing & entertaining spaces with a surround-sound music system, modern fully-equipped kitchen & two view-blessed bedrooms with bathrooms.
The heated saltwater lap pool and spa pool are perfect for morning swims, mid-day dips, or evening relaxation.
Local bush-walks can be accessed adjacent the property & it's just a 3min walk to Fossil Ridge Winery & Cafe! For shopping & great local dining, the centre of Richmond is a just a 3min drive & Nelson CBD can be reached in under 20min.

3: Single + Single long beds or can be combined as King by early request,
4: Single with pull-out Trundle bed

2 (Bedroom 2 Ensuite): Shower, Toilet & Vanity,
3: (Main Bathroom): Walk in Shower, Toilet & Vanity.

Hart Road, Richmond, Tasman - spectacular views, wonderful peace & privacy just a short drive from Richmond. Close to Fossil Ridge winery, the cycle trails, MTB trails & eateries of the Richmond town area. Nelson CBD is less than 20min drive, Mapua approx. 30min & Kaiteriteri just under an hour away!
⭐️ Inclusions
• Pohutukawa House will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
⭐️Booking Conditions & Notes
• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
• Swimming pool - This pool is solar heated. Solar heating is generally effective in Nelson-Tasman between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. Water temperature will of course be subject to actual weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the solar system is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.
• Spa and Swimming Pool use - Use of the spa and swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
• No shoes please - This is a shoe free home.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
