The living room is large and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and watch your favorite streaming shows. The blue tones bring the beach and water into the home and add to the calming effect this home provides.

Adjacent to the living room is the large dining room with a table where you can eat, play games, or enjoy some fresh fruit off the fruit trees in the back yard. There are oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and lemons for you to harvest. The citrus is so flavorful!

The kitchen is large and fully-equipped and has a full-refrigerator-no freezer shares the space--you should never run out of fridge space!! The matching huge freezer is in the laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen. You can cook your favorite recipes for your guests, or boil some of our delicious Gulf shrimp and have a Southern Shrimp Boil!

The kitchen has a cozy nook area that has a daybed with a trundle bed and will sleep two. But during the day, it is the perfect place to curl up and escape into a good book. Or, it makes a great spot to relax away from the TV and catch up with family and friends.

The 3 bedrooms have all been decorated with colors that carry the beach theme and further help your vacation attitude reach its full potential. There are closets, chests, dressers, and bedside tables for you to place what you want, where you want. The beds are new, as is the linen, and each bedroom has a TV.

The master has a king bed, the middle bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twins, with one twin having a twin underneath that can be treated as a trundle or opened up to act as a king bed.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer--even if you only bring your swimsuits, they must be washed! This room opens onto the back yard.

The backyard! An oasis of relaxation! The center piece for your enjoyment is a beautiful rock waterfall flowing into the blue waters of the in-ground pool. There is a large table set with umbrella and multiple pool chairs to lounge on. You can swim, sun, float, read, eat, visit, and just hang-out in the yard. There is a fire pit and benches, and a charcoal grill just for your use. You may be tempted to not leave Flirty Flamingo with such a relaxing back yard oasis!
