The first floor of the studio features a magnificent relaxation area with a sauna and spa, a large flat-screen TV, music of your choice, and a diffuser for herbal essential oils...<br>The TV includes unlimited access to Canal+, Netflix, Amazon, and all DTT channels. Wi-Fi is also available. <br>Alexa is available in the room to play the music of your choice or control the lights! <br>For your information—and since we take hygiene very seriously—please note that the water is cleaned after each guest and closely monitored by our Flipr assistant, which checks pH levels daily.<br><br>On the second level, you’ll find a newly renovated studio. Small but comfortable, it’s well-equipped and very functional. <br>In particular, you’ll find a sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a second TV that includes unlimited access to Canal+, Netflix, Amazon, and all digital terrestrial TV channels. <br>There’s a bathroom with a large shower and a small kitchenette with everything you need to make coffee or tea in the morning if you’d like! <br>Note that an essential oil diffuser gently scents the space. Alexa is also available in the bedroom to control the lights and music! <br>It’s a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to stay for your weekends and vacations in Paris!<br><br>The studio is ideally located at the foot of Montmartre Hill and next to the 18th arrondissement town hall. Although close to the lively neighborhoods of northern Paris, Rue Duhesme remains very quiet.<br>Access is via a key box. We’ll send you the instructions on the day of your arrival.<br>In the neighborhood, there are two bakeries—including one awarded the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” title—less than 2 minutes away, as well as cafés, bars, and other restaurants, all of which are great!<br>Two Metro stations (Jules Joffrin—Line 12 & Simplon—Line 4) are just a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent access to Paris. You can get around entirely on foot! <br><br>PLEASE NOTE: <br>- Private, unlimited access to the spa from the time of your arrival until midnight. After that, the motor shuts off so as not to disturb the neighbors. You can enjoy the sauna and the rest of the apartment without any worries. <br>- No parties are allowed out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn down the music after 10:00 PM.<br><br>
