The condo was clean, the communication was quick and easy and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a beach getaway!

This condo was perfect for 2 or 3 people. Good location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very clean & true to photos posted in the listing. Great amenities. Gated community. Short walk to the beach. Friendly host. I would definitely revisit.

The unit was clean and everything was in working order. We have two kids and put them on the sleeper sofa. That worked perfectly. The beach was excellent. There was beautiful sand and it was clean. We were impressed that most beach patrons were families and more experienced couples, but even the handful of spring breakers were well behaved. This is the only beach I've been to in Florida where there were no rowdy patrons to deal with. The beach is an easy walk from the unit. There were periodic beach patrols that drove past but there is not a full time lifeguard at this location.We used the beach umbrella and beach toys provided. That was really nice! There are two pools. Only one is heated. The shallow end of both is 3.5 feet deep.We used the shuffle boards. Our kids really enjoyed that!The owner reached out to coordinate check-in. I appreciated the communication.The Winn Dixie grocery store is a half mile away and a pleasant walk. The drive into the St. Augustine old city is 15-20 minutes. Recommend parking in the structure to avoid time limits.We used the laundry and dishwasher in the unit. Kids get messy and it's nice to have the capability to clean up! We also appreciated having a broom and other basic cleaning supplies. The dishwasher was a little noisy to run when the kids were sleeping. I recommend running it during the day if you are using the sleeper sofa. The laundry was conveniently located in the bathroom and there were no noise issues to consider.

Such a great location and everything you need is within walking distance. Downtown you do have to drive but an easy 15 minutes to get there. Please come back anytime!

Great location and facility!

We really enjoyed the location, access to the beach, the pool, and the well kept grounds. Nicely done! The cleaning team for this particular small condo really needs to do better. Floors swept, but needs real cleaning. Dirt building up under and behind some things. That's our only real downside observation, acknowledging it was very tidy. The owner and contact person were very responsive!
