The fully fenced yard includes a grassed area, and even a cozy pet bed to make furry family members feel at home. Off street parking for 3 cars offering 2 separate driveways, ensures plenty of space for guests.

Indoors, the living area offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a big screen TV, Netflix, board games, and books, while ceiling fans and a split system provide year-round comfort. Bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and portable oil heaters for cooler nights, ensuring everyone’s comfort.

The heart of the home is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences like a Smeg coffee machine microwave, dishwasher, blender, and specialty appliances including a waffle maker and coffee grinder. The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Portacot is available upon request for an additional fee of $35.
If you require a portacot, please let us know before your arrival so we can have it prepared for your stay. Requests made after check-in are also subject to the same hire fee and will be provided as soon as possible, subject to availability.

The property is fully fenced with 1.8 metres high Colorbond. Off-street parking for 3 cars offering 2 separate driveways.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
