This impeccably styled north-facing lakefront townhouse has beautiful views from the living and dining areas (downstairs) plus two of the three bedrooms (upstairs). This resort-style home features a fenced front courtyard with immaculate landscaped gardens and lawns which lead you to the entrance. The minute you step inside your eyes are immediately drawn to the water views.

The hallway opens into a very generous living and dining room with doors that flow out to the lakefront entertaining area. The kitchen, casual meals or family room also enjoy these lovely views, with a small, enclosed and light-filled courtyard with greenery. Also featured on this level are a second bathroom (with shower) and a laundry with direct access to another courtyard utility area. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and cooktop, microwave, toaster and kettle, a dishwasher as well as all cooking implements, serving ware and cutlery.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master suite and 2nd bedroom have stunning lake views with built-in robes, and bedroom 3 has a gorgeous country outlook. There is a large 2-way fully tiled bathroom that offers a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Other features include a double garage, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (Zoned), ducted vacuum system and LED lighting. There is a big floating pontoon with a boardwalk and a swim ladder.

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
