The first floor is open and spacious, with abundant seating for the entire family in the inviting living room. There’s also a primary bedroom, king, and a guest room, queen, which features a seating area and mini fridge with shared bath.

The second floor has a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area and seating for 6 with 4 additional bar stools. Beside the dining area is another living area for the family to watch TV. The second floor also features a bedroom with two full beds and two twin beds directly above. The 2nd-floor floor bedroom has a hall bathroom.

The third floor has a second primary bedroom, king, with private bath. Nearby is guest room with two queen beds and a private bath. A spiral staircase leads to the third-floor deck, a great place to unwind and enjoy the views.

Blue Mountain Beach getaway

Great new property on 30A that was a short walk to the beach! Accommodations were nice and plentiful and nearby eateries and restaurants were fantastic!!

Everything we needed

Pictures give accurate representation, house is close to everything, kitchen very well stocked, appreciated the bikes and extra beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Townhouse

We loved staying in this property. The owners went above and beyond with helpful touches throughout the house. We loved how spacious it was and we were able to spread out and enjoy everything it had to offer.

A great family vacation!

Three generations of our family had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We enjoyed biking, swimming, puzzles, and of course, the beach! Having beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided was so nice! Lori was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. THANKS!

Family Vacation

It was wonderful. The house was amazing. Very clean and well kept. We all enjoyed it being able to all be together. Rooftop was one of the best things. Watching the sunsets and playing card games under the stars.

Very clean!

This condo is very clean and was excellent for the 6 of us. The beach is within walking distance but we preferred to bike or drive to the public beach access. The location was great and close to a convenient store, restaurants, and a bakery across the street. Our only complaint about the condo was the cookware needs to be updated.

Fall Break with our Families

Our two families have been traveling together to 30A every year for our boys' fall break from school. We love the Blue Mountain area - beautiful beaches, great local restaurants, easy to get around, etc. Our stay at Crystal Blu was perfect. The house was ideal for two families and three boys. We cooked a lot at home - the kitchen is amazing and well stocked. We appreciated all of the little touches too - welcome basket, ample supplies, luxury toiletries, first aid kit (we have boys!) etc. The view from the balcony is a fun place to enjoy a laid back meal at nighttime. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Lori.

Amazing Townhome in Blue Mountain Beach

Crystal Blu is an amazing property - probably one of the nicest we have stayed at in the area. The home is BEAUTIFUL and stocked with almost anything you need besides food. We were greeted with a basket of gourmet cookies, bottle of wine, bottled water, and a couple of local beers. The bathrooms were fully stocked and included spa grade products as a bonus. We enjoyed the sunset from the rooftop terrace several nights -- it is a very nice area to hang out any time of the day. My daughter had a medical emergency and Lori was very flexible and allowed us to move our vacation back a couple of days. EXCELLENT experience all the way around. We will be back!

The beach access was close, but we chose to drive and had no problem finding a parking spot. Oversee Rentals was an amazing company to work with and we would definitely rent one of their properties again. With a last minute change in our group size due to a family emergency, they completely refunded our initial reservation. Per our request, they helped us find a smaller place and we couldn’t have been happier with this home!

The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, with a kitchen stocked with all the things. Having 2 living areas was key, with having the teens an area to hang on the couch etc. The pool area and grill were spacious and clean. We were a short bike ride to Goatfeathers, so plenty of fresh local fish! Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The cherry on top - was the TOP DECK! So relaxing anytime of day! Thanks for wonderful memories.

Look no further...!!!!

STOP SEARCHING now and secure this beach home for your vacation!! Oh my goodness, my family and I just returned home from a wonderful vacation here. When I tell you the owners have thought of every detail, I mean it! From supplying beach chairs/towels and a wagon to the CLEANEST place I've yet to stay in, there is no detail left untouched. There were rafts (already inflated) for our children when we arrived! All we had to do was throw our suits on, load the wagon and we were off. The rooftop terrace is amazing! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and washcloths, I could go on and on... Aside from the 5 star rating for EVERYTHING about this beach home, there was so much to do - and close by - on 30A. Some of our favorite activities were walking just across the street to LaLoba's Bakery for FRESH cinnamon rolls for breakfast, renting bikes from Big Daddy's Bike Shop and walking to Blue Mountain Creamery at night for ice cream. When we arrived at Crystal Blu we had a box of gourmet cookies from Heidi's Heavenly Cookies (delicious and we snacked on them all week), beautifully gift wrapped and a welcome packet! I know this is a lengthy review, but this beach home and it's owners deserve it. They have done an outstanding job. If you're like me, you reserve a vacation rental and cross your fingers and pray it looks like the pictures and hope you're not afraid to take your shoes off.....I know you have! Well, look no further! BOOK IT! Thank you, Mosley family, for sharing your home with us!! We will be back.....XOXO

Pretty property - but not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property itself was very nice and the location was near the beach which was lovely. BUT, the property was not clean at all. The toilets were dirty, there were ring marks inside the toilet. The floors were dirty with dust, crumbs, dirt, etc. You couldn't walk bare foot in the houses without stuff being under your feet. There was still a load of dishes inside the dishwasher. The property itself smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew and all our clothes stunk of that smell. When we returned home after staying at this property, ALL our clothes smelled like that cigarette mildew smell. We had to wash all our stuff twice to get the smell out! We came for a vacation and end up having to clean the kitchen counters and vacuum before settling in. Not something you want to do when you are being charged for a cleaning fee. What is the point of charging a cleaning fee when the property doesn't even get cleaned prior to the next persons arrival? If anything, we should be credited back the cleaning fee for having to clean upon arrival.

Great accommodations!

Wonderful accommodations! Property was in great shape and very clean. Photos were an accurate depiction of the townhome. Four separate bedrooms, each with own full bath, provided plenty of space and privacy for our party (consisting of two adults, three teenagers, and two younger children). Rooftop patio was a nice place to hangout in the evenings. Excellent communication both during the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing and Spacious Rental

My family of five really enjoyed staying at That’s What Sea Said in October. The rental was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad at all. Most days, we were able to drive down and park near the beach entrance. I definitely recommend the rental and hope to stay here again in the future.

We appreciated the thought put into decor and kitchen utensils. The property staff was very helpful and responsive. The rooftop was a major gem for relaxation. I would suggest oiling the bikes or maybe changing the chains. Having them for an outing was nice but the rust and lack of use made us work lol! Overall wonderful stay and definitely planning to stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations, great location, all our wants and needs anticipated and provided

There so many extra amenities that we appreciated about this property including beach chairs, a beach wagon, 3 bikes, beach toys, a beach umbrella, an outdoor area to keep things organized, a water hose by the back door to wash off the sand.. (The walk to the beach is easy and there is a sidewalk all the way..) The kitchen is just as well stocked as the beach gear - blender, crockpot, plenty of serveware and cookware, etc. Although we didn’t go out to eat (#COVID), there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and we even drive to Inlet for some really good carry out meals. We couldn’t imagine a better vacation getaway.

October 2020 Stay

Enjoyed our stay! Nice place...very spacious and really enjoyed the roof top patio! Townhome was clean on arrival, had nice furnishings, had plenty of beach items to use and good location. Only issue was the quality of the bikes provided with the rental. They were rusted and one was very difficult to pedal.

August 2020 Stay

Overall, staying at this home was a good experience! The owners provided us with many amenities such as bikes and beach items. The location was also pretty good (about a 10 min walk to the beach). We were, however, a bit dissatisfied with the cleanliness when we first arrived, especially because of the current coronavirus. Other than that, we want to thank the host for a good experience!

Simply Amazing

Beautiful house and great location! Super clean, spacious, and all the furnishings you need! All the little extra things at the house made the stay even more relaxing and incredible! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

Crystal Blu - Freeman Family

This property is immaculate. The owner, Lori, has thought of everything. It is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a vacation (towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc). Every room is perfect with high-end furniture, materials, TV's, etc. The rooftop is the best. Very comfortable and great place to relax outdoors without leaving the residence. Walk across the street to a bike rental store, a great bakery, and the beach is a short distance. I would highly recommend this property.

AMAZING Experience!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Lori went above and beyond to make sure that our time was perfect. The place was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and location is amazing. Thank you for making our family vacation amazing.
