Salty Waves, bright and spacious beach townhouse in the heart of 30A's west end. Only steps from the beach, 3 heated pools, restaurants, shopping, bike and SUP rentals and more! There is something for everyone! Are you ready for your Best Beach Vacation Ever?
Fully furnished with 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, large open living areas and 4 balconies! Sit in the tall Adirondack chairs and take in the views from the open 3rd floor balcony or chill under the covered 2nd floor one. Sunshine is waiting!

Gulf Place is in the more serene part of 30A. You can slow down and relax or take in some of the activities in the area including the very popular 30A walking and bike trail, multiple State Parks, coffee café, ice cream shop, clothing shops, multiple restaurants (Perfect Pig , Pizza by the Sea, Shunk Gulley and the new Shelby’s), and you must check out Artist at Gulf Place as they have many different options of art to view/purchase plus events for the kids during spring and summer.

This home surpassed all expectations! By far one of the cleanest and most stocked homes we have visited. Our mom group chose this home for our kids for spring break and never had to leave the property. Private beach access with the home providing chair and even a beach wagon. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance, I can’t say better things about this home. Can’t wait for a return trip! Thanks for a memorable trip!

A very large space and Scott was very responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal- close to shops, the pools and a very short walk to access the private beach. Would definitely recommend for families!

Great Location

We love this area of 30A! Less crowded than other beaches and lots of restaurants. Easy walk to beach.

Great Stay!

Great townhouse

We had a great girls’ trip. Town house was clean and spacious. Owner was easily reached throughout our stay. Loved it!

Wonder place and wonderful location!

We enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was very clean and it was a great fit for our large family. The beach was very close and the pool was great as well. I highly recommend staying here. The only downside was the beds were a bit hard but overall everything was amazing!

Great location

The property was spacious, clean, and was only a 3 minute walk to be on the beach. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious, clean and lovely!

I’ve stayed in Gulf Place for years, but never in a townhouse. This was lovely. My two adult daughters enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms and so did I. Scott is a terrific owner who is patient—I had a lot of questions and he answered them with grace!

Great accommodations!

This was a great place for our large family! Everything you need is available, plus extra pillows, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, and toys. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, coffee cups and dishes, and anything else you may need, plus a few extras. It is a great location…plenty of restaurants, choice of three pools, close to the beach. Great vacation experience!

Great week at SRB

Unit was perfect! My first stay in Santa Rosa Beach was awesome. Property, unit, grounds, location and host were all superb! Very clean, very comfortable condo in a great location only a few short steps to beach and several great shops, restaurants and market. Would highly recommend this property to others and look forward to being able to return.

Great place

We had a great time at this place. Our group consisted of 8 people, and the house was perfectly equipped for everyone. It has large and comfortable spaces, plenty of things you can use at the beach, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We also had very good communication with the host, who was always kind. I highly recommend it.

Santa Rosa Beach

The house was great just as describes. The pools were nice. It was a very short walk to the beach. The had lots of items to use at the beach. Scott was amazing and responded to everything we asked very quickly. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful rental

This property was beautiful. Very clean and Scott was an amazing host/property manager. He was very welcoming and answered promptly. Will definitely return. My family gave it 10 Stars!

Awesome house in Gulf Place

Scott is an amazing host with great communication. The house is beautiful and only surpassed by its amazing location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach with the added perk of live music from the comfort of the balcony overlooking the courtyard. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Nicest place we’ve stayed!!

If you are looking for a spacious condo close to the beach then this is the one for you. We stayed May 2022 with 2 adults and 7 Kids and had a great trip. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and clean! Wonderful updated bathrooms and bedrooms that were spacious. TVs in all the bedrooms which was important for the kids. There were beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The beach is an easy close walk with three private entrances. We used the west entrance most days and it wasn’t crowded. Three great pools to choose from and easy parking. There were two designated spots but there is close overflow parking if needed. Overall I was super pleased with this condo and would highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. The property is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen and so much space. Gulf place is so much fun! Scott is so easy to talk to and communicate with. If possible, my family will be back!

Definitely Staying Here Again!

The location and townhouse both were great, it was big and open. The beach was super close and the 2 pools we used were both awesome. We really enjoyed sitting out on the decks and enjoying the view. Our family had a wonderful time staying here, they seem to have everything we needed and more. Scott was a great host with a quick response on any question we had. We look forward to coming back to this area and will definitely be staying here again!
