Waterfront Retreat | Estuary Views & Balcony

Wake up to uninterrupted estuary views and unwind on the balcony as the sun sets over the water. This spacious waterfront home is designed for relaxed stays, with multiple living areas and a beautifully appointed kitchen perfect for long lunches and shared meals. Just steps from the water, boat ramp and walking trails, it’s an ideal base for boating, crabbing, fishing or simply slowing down and enjoying the view.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the platform app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.


Within 5 minutes of the property, you can find yourself at pristine beaches, playing a round of golf on the prestigious Cut Golf Course, enjoying channel views and dolphin watching from The Cut Tavern, or dining out at the numerous cafe and restaurant options the area has to offer. For weekend guests, you can take a stroll through the Peel Produce Markets that are held in the reserve in front of the property every Saturday morning. To stock up for your stay the local IGA and Coles complex are only 5 minutes away.

Mandurah town is a 15-minute drive and has plenty to offer holidaymakers, from dolphin and pirate cruises, mini train rides along the foreshore, skate park, cinema, playgrounds and of course more beaches. In the winter months, you could find yourself at the Winter Wonderland on the Mandurah Foreshore ice skating and tobogganing. Mandurah has no shortage of cafes, bars/pubs, day spas and boutique shops, you are sure to find something to please everyone during your stay.

Mandurah is also famous for the blue swimmer crab, if you find yourself staying at the property during crabbing season we have supplied everything you need to catch a feast of crabs from the estuary in front of the home.

For those wanting to explore, heading south takes you towards the Thrombolites, Thorney Devil Brewery, The lazy crab Tavern (for a local experience) and Old Coast Brewery. Taking you even further south you can visit the Crooked Carrot which is great for families and you can include a stop off for a swim at Preston beach or take a day trip to some of the beautiful towns the South West has to offer.

Heading east you can day trip to Pinjarra for a train ride the kids will love, head out to Dwellingup and enjoy the cidery, Carraholly Orchid or pack a picnic and visit the national park for a swim in the waterholes. A touch closer to home you can visit Midway Farm to pet the animals and try their delicious baked goods.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Set along scenic Estuary Road, this home offers a calm and private waterfront setting with wide-open views and stunning sunsets.

Thoughtfully designed for families and small groups, the layout features multiple living zones, allowing everyone to relax comfortably while still enjoying time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners, with many guests enjoying entertaining both indoors and out on the balcony.

Families are very welcome, with a high chair, travel cot, toys and DVDs available for younger guests.

Being close to nature, you may occasionally see local wildlife, adding to the peaceful charm of the area.

On Saturday mornings, enjoy the nearby Peel Produce Market at the Dawesville Foreshore — perfect for coffee, breakfast and local produce by the water.

Things to Know Before You Book

Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.

Natural Environment
Our home is located in a beautiful waterfront setting close to nature. From time to time you may see local wildlife or insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, however being close to nature is part of the charm of the area. We recommend guests bring or purchase insect repellent if desired.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service. While we do our best to ensure reliable connectivity, as with most residential networks it cannot be guaranteed.

Fireplace & Firewood
The home features a fireplace for use during the cooler months. Firewood is not supplied, however guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase it locally. Please use seasoned firewood only, never leave the fire unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the home or going to bed. Improper use may result in additional cleaning or repair costs.

Pets
This property is strictly no pets.

Guest Verification
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification through our Guest App. This process is similar to hotel check-in and helps ensure safety and peace of mind for all guests and owners.

Security Hold / Damage Protection
A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.

Check-in Flexibility
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule. Where possible this can be arranged at $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, booking the night prior is recommended.

Longer Stays
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided. For extended stays beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.

The house was beautiful, spaciius, comfortable, modern facilities with everything we might require during our stay from adults to young children. The location is outstanding, with a park, playground and boat ramp right across the road and a great view from the balcony.
