Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project, starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. While the balcony work on this unit has already been completed, the biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, at which time the pool itself may not be accessible, however, the patio remains open.

The pool may not be accessible during construction hours. It will be open after 4PM each day, and on the weekends.
