Our vacation rental sleeps 8, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

The unit needed a good cleaning, especially the rugs in the bathrooms. The microwave handle is broken and someone had tried to super glue it. It would have helped to have grab handles in the tubs. After a long drive to get there I don’t feel like we should have had to finish putting the sheets on the bed. If we had known they were working with heavy equipment right outside the unit we would have booked a different unit or place. We were unable to enjoy the balcony and as older customers unable to get down to the beach the only way we have to enjoy the sunshine and ocean is on the balcony.

We had an amazing week in this condo! Exactly as the pictures described. Perfect location…walking distance to Pineapple Willys. I will say that there were some mold spots on the ceiling tiles/seals in the shower. It did not affect our experience much. The cleaning service they use seems to miss some things (trash can still had some seafood in it with no trash bag) so it smelled awful when you opened the trash can lid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and great weather the whole week. The ocean was crystal clear . The kids had a great time at the pool and going fishing. Plan to take another trip to PCB in August or September.

Family vacation

Overall place was nice. Loved the resort. Location, pools, access to beach. Beds comfortable. Seemed dated colors dull. Could be much brighter with a few adjustments. Needs new pots pans. We had a hard time frying anything eggs, pancakes, bacon because teflon worn off on pans. Good selection of appliances coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, blender. Need to replace seats at bar. All the leather worn off. Looks bad. Thank you

An absolutely wonderful getaway

We picked this condo due to price and amenities it provided. Things like a washer and dryer have almost become a make or break deal when looking for a place to stay. This condo had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space for my small family of 4. The Long Beach Resort grounds were so incredibly clean. Staff were always cleaning shared restrooms and common spaces. Grounds keepers were always making sure property was well maintained. Security staff were friendly and made rounds to check on guests. We loved that the parking lot was huge with plenty of places to park and that the property had a very tall fence around the property to keep others out. The surrounding area was extremely busy both with pedestrians and vehicle traffic. Problems with out of town visitors forced a huge police presence. Was happy to see that PCB police took safety seriously. We can’t wait for our return visit to PCB and to Long Beach Resort

The check in process was not very clear at all on where to go, or how to get in. Actually had to get the number to call to finally get in. Code for gate to the beach was hard to find thought I was gonna have to call again. If you have multiple people you won't have enough towels unless you wash them.bar stools were peeling .my biggest issue was the check-in process.havehavemultiple people

Ocean view from all around the condo

The layout is such that you see the ocean from all rooms so you feel like you never really leave the beach.There was nothing inconvenient about the stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Secure and gated and close the all attractions.

Badly needs work.

Both bedroom doors going out to patio have inserted mini blinds that are broken and stay open so morning light floods in and they look terrible, one floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom is frosted inside so you can't see out, the fake leather on the bar chairs is peeling really badly. The positive is the master shower is terrific.

Great room with a few issues

Good: Nice clean rooms, location, views. Bad: No parking passes, cable in living room didn't work. Air is not as good in 2nd bedroom. Electrical is kinda of wonky. Top 2 outlets in main bedroom don't work, nightstands have outlets though. Outlet under the couch with surge protector. Overall good but needs remodeling/updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at Long Beach Resort. The weather was great, and the accommodations were just what we needed. The location was a plus as everything we needed was close by. The only criticism I have is the gate lock coming back into the resort from the beach was very intermittent. This was a bit frustrating. However, that was just a minor inconvenience.

Nice very clean condo ! Need to replace bar stools and a glass of glass in master bedroom seal has broken and glass is foggy ! Amazing ocean views in all rooms ! Overall a great condo!

Family Friendly Design-Great Location

The condominium itself was very clean and well maintained. Tile floors throughout made it easy to keep clean, but a little slippery at times. Great balcony. Breakfast bar was great for kids. Beach/Pool access is great. It’s in a very busy part of PCB, but that’s Panama City. It’s what you sign up for.

Nice Property

Very easy to check in and get settled which is a great way to unload and start your vacation. Very nice and well kept condo with easy access to the beach. There are 4 condo buildings on the property which are all connected with a common walking path on the ground level to get to all buildings. This one is building 4, which is about a 3 minute walk to cantina and large pool area. CONS: No bedding for the pull out sofa bed (FRUSTRATING) Clothes drier did not dry clothes, after maintenance came and looked at it, it still did not work. It also left black marks on our clothing. Also left all of our clothes smelling like cats. This is very frustrating because you are generally doing a load or two every day while on vacation however, we had to take dirty/ wet clothes home home to wash. Considering the amount we paid for this stay, I would say that is a huge inconvenience and is unacceptable. Get that question answered first or you will be putting your wet clothes on the balcony area to dry. With all that said, I would recommend staying at this condo as it was very comfortable for our family of 6. Those inconveniences did not outweigh the memories made there.

Family Beach Vacation 24

The condo was very cleaned and identical to pictures. Loved how the check in and check out instructions was sent via text. However I wasn’t impressed with the condo amenities: a little out dated, guest bedroom door blinds was half up and no way to close blinds to get the sun out of your eyes. Room was very hot even though they were a box fan in the closet. Room did not come with rental beach chairs and umbrella. Had to pay $40 per day! Highly discouraged when other family members within the condos were included!

Memorial Week

Overall good property. The door to the balcony from living room didn’t work. Handle on microwave was glued on several spots. Screens on balcony doors didn’t work. On the property there were several other occupants that were smoking weed and we had kids. Would stay again.
