New Home Alert. This home just entered our inventory (14-20 min drive from Disney).
Located in one of the most desirable gated vacation resorts (Champions Gate), our property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2 (2 twin beds). The two bedrooms being downstairs, it makes it extremely convenient for all families. Other bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 3 is the primary bedroom and has a king size bed (with ensuite - Shower tub, bath tub). Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed (with ensuite). Bedroom 5 has bunk beds: 2 twin beds and 1 full bed with ensuite bathroom - shower tub). The property is fully equipped (Fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans, glassware...). Towels and sheets are included. No need for you to bring anything else than your swimsuit if you want to enjoy our private pool or the top of the range clubhouse: Oasis Club. This place offers all high-end amenities you could dream of:: Gym, theater, heated pool and spa, lazy river, tiki bar, onsite restaurant...). You will be close to the parks and to all major restaurants (The Champions Gate area is famous for its Golf course of course, but also for all its shopping and food offers...). Do not wait longer, you could miss it.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
*** Only the guests who have been registered prior to arrival are allowed to stay in the property. 3 Cars per rental are allowed to enter the subdivision as per HOA rules.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.

$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
