The Home
Built in 2014 with quality materials, this newer home was thoughtfully designed for comfort, ease, and flow. Guests frequently comment on how well the layout works, particularly for longer stays, recovery, or mobility needs. The home is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac in a beautiful wooded neighborhood, approximately a 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital. An attached two-car garage is included, and a garage door opener will be provided during your stay.

Entryway / Foyer
Zero-entry access through the front door with a digital keypad. The bright entryway includes a large coat closet with hangers, a vacuum, and extra folding chairs.

Living Room
Bright and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Furnished with a power lift recliner featuring a zero-gravity setting, a comfortable La-Z-Boy recliner, a high-quality couch, and additional bench seating by the window. A large 72-inch Smart TV provides local channels, Apple TV, and hundreds of free channels. Large windows overlook the wooded backyard, where guests often enjoy watching birds and wildlife while resting or recovering.

Dining Area
Open and sunlit with a table seating four. Extra folding chairs are available if needed. Four TV trays and two lap trays provide flexible dining options. Sliding glass door opens to the deck. High chair available upon request.

Kitchen
Spacious, sun-filled, and beautifully organized with an island, hardwood floors, and quality wood cabinetry. Very well equipped for daily cooking and longer stays. Coffee bar includes a Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, reusable K-cups, filters, and a starter supply of whole-bean coffee, ground coffee, decaf, tea, and hot cocoa. Side-by-side refrigerator includes an in-door ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Large pantry for food storage. Dishes, cookware, bakeware, utensils, drinkware, and storage containers are plentiful, organized, and labeled. Specialty items such as an air fryer, Instant Pot, or KitchenAid mixer may be available upon request.

Mudroom
Spacious mudroom between the garage and kitchen with bench seating, multiple hooks, and a large closet. Cleaning items and several games are available.

Laundry Room
Main-floor laundry located between the second bedroom and second bathroom. Includes washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, utility sink, laundry soap, and a window that provides natural light.

Second Bedroom
Comfortable queen bed with luxury sheets and a variety of pillow options. Includes a large chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, USB charging stations, luggage rack, wall hooks, portable fan, blackout shades, and a large closet with shelving and hangers. TV with Roku.

First Bathroom
Generous counter space with multiple drawers. Full bathtub with rainfall shower and detachable massaging wand. Luxury towels provided. Shower chair and toilet riser available upon request.

Master Bedroom
Spacious and calming with a comfortable king bed, luxury bedding, and a variety of pillow options. Large window faces the wooded backyard. Guests often ask about the mattress due to its comfort. Includes bedside tables with drawers, USB charging, sound machine, ceiling fan, blackout shades, luggage rack, desk with office chair, and portable desk. Large walk-in closet with abundant shelving and hangers. Smart TV with Apple TV and a selection of books.

Master Bathroom
Attached bathroom with two sinks, ample counter space, and multiple drawers. Features a walk-in shower with detachable massaging wand and a seated walk-in Jacuzzi tub. Luxury towels, blow dryer, curling iron, and first-aid kit provided. Shower chair and toilet riser available upon request.

Outdoor Space
Wooded backyard with bird feeders that attract many species, along with occasional deer, bunnies, turkeys, and other wildlife. Rolling hill views. Large deck with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, wooden rocker, and fire pit. Two steps down from the deck to the yard.

Garage
Attached two-car garage, especially appreciated during Minnesota winters. Garage door opener provided. Ramp inside the garage allows easy access into the mudroom and kitchen.
