Spectacular corner unit lets you enjoy the view of the bay and North Ocean City or view the ocean from ocean side balcony. Accommodating up to six guests, the bed sizes are a king in the primary bedroom, a king in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the den. The den has doors for privacy. Please be advised that the primary bathroom has a shower only. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
The Sea Watch is located on the oceanfront at 115th Street, across from the Gold Coast Mall. The building amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, game room, shops during the summer season and more! Building has six elevators. One parking space provided in guarded parking garage. The Sea Watch building registration fee is $65 cash or credit card from May 1 to November 1 and includes one parking spot. An additional parking spot may be purchased if available. Form to be completed by guest. Parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
